They are just blatant car ramming and attempting to VDM with no regard for rules.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

• ID 11611 will receive a punishment for CR
• Only ID 11611 is clearly visible CR, others are lurking around but aren't visible ramming, hence punishing just 11611. Do make a report with POV of others ramming you guys if you have any. Thanks.
