Rejected un ban appeal

hello admin i got banned permanent few days back as it says i used mine bot actually i didnt i used a trigger controller and i fall asleep with that but iam sorry ui shouldint have done that and i promise u that i wont do it again . the game is the only way i can be with my friends and all i missing that badly i promise u no error will happen from my side again so i request to reduce my ban please..
