In this video, you can see that at the end, the person starts provoking us, but he had been following us since the beginning from hq my bodycam got errored so i cant provide it . We still ignore him, he continued to follow us and eventually provoked us. I don't care he is under cover Agent or what still he is in uniform and driving the personal car.

Firstly Provide a single POV that shows whole situation not trimmed or separate POVs.
Secondly, One person breaking server rule does not mean "Mass Rule Break" done by an Organization. If you find any rulebreak report the person with this title " Rulebreak | ID ". From this Situation it does not seem to be taken at an ORG level so report the individual player involved not FIB.
