I am writing to seek clarification regarding two recent incidents for which I received differing outcomes. I would like to ensure that my actions are consistent with the established rules and regulations.

1. First Incident ([Rejected - RDM | 389575]): In this case, I did not receive any punishment as it occurred in a designated red zone within the military base. I would appreciate further confirmation that my understanding of this situation is correct, as actions within red zones are generally considered exempt from certain restrictions.
2. Second Incident ([Approved - RDM | 389575]): In this instance, I received a punishment despite the scenario being similar to the first. Additionally, the individual involved violated the New Life Rule (NLR) by returning to the same location after I had eliminated them. I seek clarification on why this incident was treated differently and whether the NLR violation by the other party was taken into account.

Youre correct, your punishment should not be RDM but instead FailRP/UB. Your objective is to get the parachute and leave, not fight with/with-in the military base. I will personally change it to FailRP - Jail but if anyone higher than me sees a different outcome then thats out of my control and I agree with it.

RDM would be inside the barracks themselves which is labeled as greenzone. Thank you for pointing this out. I compensated you for lost of any weapons.
