at first check he is giving wrong information, then when i checked it for second time and correct him, he is giving me this answer, i checked other guy but he already has the bio, but this guy has no bio at all

Cannot consider this as GR 6.4, it would need to be reported and investigated ICly with their superiors if you believe they have been trained wrong on PDA
