Rejected Can I fight this, the tread was closed!!

I am trying to ind out if I can fight this due to the circumstance.
Can I fight this? I was put in Demorgan for3 hours for Car Ramming. If you watch the video the first car I hit I was swearving out of the way ofthe other car that slowing down in the middle ofthe road. Then I was being chased by the car that slowed down andwhen I went to uturn to ry to get away, he swerved in front of me so obviously I hit his car. After that I ran him over because he was shooting and I did not have a gun but I didnt get Demorgan for VDM'ing and I did not kill him with the car.
