This is not a complaint against floki but a general question

He rejected my complaint saying "You must have POV of every event". I wasnt saying that I dont have POV I was simply saying that I got arrest POV requested twice by the same person for the same situation, and I just wanna know if he is allowed to do that. Because he is trying to get the POV so he can report me for FailRP since I deleted the old one!

Also Dot Green said that if you arrest someone with the Beard Mask then it is failRP , but how is it failRP if in IC then you wont tell them to take off the beard. So is it FailRP or not
