Rejected got banned , and acc got deleted ? whats going on

ok so i used to play rp . clean gameplay fair rp everything no ban no warning i left the game for some months then i come back it say my id has banned . reason : security ban .... then i tried to login to website using the same email . it says my email dosnt exist before , but i had old grand rp mails iin my email from 2023 back then when i used to play ... so i made another acc , this one with the same email it worked . whats going on
