Rejected Appeal for thread 870638

My initial post was rejected:
Rejected - GZ 1.2 | 113011

The admin said:

Hello , Corrupt Officer can Kidnap from DOC With Bio

In the Green Zone rules it clearly states:

1.2 It is forbidden to buy weapons, drugs. Also to kidnapp, rob people and put bags on players head. / Warn

And in the BIO of the player:
Approved - FIB Corrupt Bio | Bob Hill | 113011
There is no mention of being able to kidnap people, especially not in a green zone.

So this player is breaking GZ 1.2 and the admin refers to his bio to justify it, altough there is no mention of kidnapping in his bio.
Also how can it be allowed for any player, even with bio, to go against server rules?
Then we don't need server rules if I can just create a bio and break the rules without punishment.
