Before purchasing the vehicle i mentioned to the player i had things to take care OOC of before we intiated, at the point where i am disconnected is when i received my head pop which i mentioned to the player also. i also was told by a family member that my car was not tradeable and that it would make more sense for me to just buy the car. the player clearly has a ID Lower than mine so it should be common knowledge of my car being tradeable or not, my family members also mentioned to me that the guy was clearly trying to take advantage of the oppurtunity as the car is worth more value then his. i contacted the player on several occasions and mentioned i had to speed off to work and id be back on later if we couldnt complete the transaction in time. ive never been reported for scamming and i've never done such actions. i also mentioned to the player that we needed to meet but then he himself left the game. At a point i needed to leave and speed off to work so i did so, i came back and contacted the player AGAIN this time he used very racist comments against me and was flat out disrespecting me. i told the player to make a forum and bring it to the gods to handle the situation this type of behavior is just childish and poorly sought out. i never sold the vehichle i kept it so the support team can handle the situation. The city clearly has a option for exchanging vehicles which i ALSO mentioned to the player.

Also to mention i was a bit nervous after the player sold the car to me for 1000? because that is a form of tax evasion which is also why i mentioned we needed to revert the transaction and use the proper function. i flexed the Y muscle at a fast speed because i was already aware of the Original transaction then i realized he SOLD it to me for 1000 and i clearly mentioned to the player he had a made a clear mistake.

yet when i agreed to do it right you never responded. I've always sold cars that way so i didn't know it wasn't correct. i tried doing it correct but you never responded because at that point you knew you got a free car. you never allowed me to correct my mistake. you told me you where at the parking when i couldn't see you so i said ill reconnect. when i got back it said there where no players with your number, meaning you left. i had no chance to fix the mistake because you scammed me and now are playing the innocent game.
