The person who took the (FL in GZ) 79658 was not present at all in the video!! How can someone receive a penalty while he is not present?
I think the admin was hasty and did not pay attention well.
The other two people did something wrong. How can three police officers ignore a person carrying a weapon inside the market (IN GZ) and tell them he has police property (Balaclava) and leave him alone without handcuffing him or holding him accountable for this!!! (When the police see criminals they must hold him accountable, otherwise they are corrupt too.) Why did the admin leave them alone and not punish them!!! I think they should be punished so they can do their job well.
