I got banned for GR 6.17 for using OBS or any similar software to record pov But though even i use geforce experience to record pov got Geforce Experience on admins suggestion . So why should i got banned for this

i filled a complaint for GZ 1.1 killing me in green zone and after that i got blocked for 30 days ?? why will i got ban for complaining someone and even using geforce experience for pov recording how even it comes in administration's mind to ban for someone giving proper pov please review as fast as possible i am playing and following all rules of this server so i should not deserve this ban even though i am not wrong in this matter.
