Hello, I would like to start by thanking you for reading through my application for SAHP Sheriff.
Personal Profile:
For many of you that might not know, I have been a high command in many different organisations, which include being Deputy Governor and the Undersheriff of SAHP, taking the responsibility of the organisation when the leader is absent and making sure there is no punishments given to the organisation.
During my time in the city, I have gained valuable experience from being Head of the USSS and being Head of Department, while also having some time as Homeland Security in the Government, during my time in SAHP I have gone up in the ranks and have been involved in almost all departments, including Internal Affairs, Recruitment and training.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have worked under different many leaders, watching them both fail and succeed. I feel like this is the perfect time for me to become leader of the organisation to continue the work and improvements that have been made over the past few terms.
Activity
Throughout my time in SAHP it has been a common issue that the activity in the morning is lower than other times, this both causes an issue with SAHP and the community.
Another thing that has been noticed is the lack of numbers attending store robberies/hostage situations, making it so we are often outnumbered and must flee the situation, especially during the morning. This gives SAHP a negative view from the public, and that we are not strong enough to fight back in these situations.
The plan to improve this is to consistently host open recruitment drives, as well as being open to any transfers that we are approached with, especially during the morning shifts. I would also like to have internal events every week to give the old and new officers a chance to prove what they can do and bring to the organisation, while also bringing in attraction from the public.
As well as this, I am fairly confident in saying that most of the officers that we currently have would stay, if I were to be given the role as Sheriff. This gives SAHP a huge activity boost as I have many people who I can trust will support the morning shift while maintaining the current level of professionalism.

Patrols
Having had experience in the organisation it is clear to see that we stick to the same procedure when it comes to patrols, this could include speed traps or attending to ATM robberies. This again is something that has been in the works for improvement over the past few terms and led to the introduction of SRT and Area Commanders. There are however some new ideas that I would introduce to the organisation.
I think that we should become more adventurous with the patrols including mountain patrols. I want to expand on how much SAHP can patrol, having a mountain patrol would be helpful for cannabis searches and for any robbing that takes place, as I have seen an active increase in the number of robberies happening on hills/mountains.
I would also like to increase the amount of Highway Patrol we complete. I want to have units on patrol constantly on the highways and in Sandy Shores waiting for them to find criminals, instead of staying at the Organisation Headquarters. With that being said, I would like to continue to expand on the department of highway patrol by including new certifications such as bringing the police bikes into more use. I would also like to introduce a use for parachutes.
Finally, I want SAHP to be involved in more Ghetto Patrols as it not only improves the role-playing experience for SAHP, but also for the gang members. This creates a more hostile environment between gangs/LEO which I would like to see in the future.
Keeping things how they should be.
Although nothing is ever perfect, as it stands in SAHP the only thing that would need to be improved is activity. I feel that the position the organisation has been left in by the previous Sheriff's Ryan Slater and Frederick Rogues, is almost as good as it gets. I want to help continue the great work that is has been done by the previous Sheriff's because the work environment in SAHP is great, everyone trusts each other, and it is an overall very fun and friendly place to be.
Anything that has been changed in the previous terms was always for a good reason, with examples of the THU (Tactical Helicopter Unit)/HSU (High Speed Unit) and turning recruitment/training in to two separate departments. I want to help keep these additions in place and make sure that the organisation doesn’t get taken in the wrong direction.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in organisation.
At this moment in time, I believe that SAHP is the most RP based organisation in the city. I have heard this from both other organisations and gang/family members.
To keep improvement on this I would continue to increase the amount of /me commands that are used in during events and when on patrol.
I want to have a more increased relationship between the other LEO’s, by having more trainings and events with them. This will help create a more friendly and professional environment within the organisations.
Another way I would like to improve role play in the organisation is to have negotiation training, this will not only improve the quality of negotiating but also help with confidence building within our high command when they need to speak to criminals.
The final way I want to increase the level of roleplay is to follow the misdemeanour procedure, I want to increase the amount we use the interrogation room and the holding cells in our Headquarters.
