2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
First of all I would like to say that I have served EMS under two very good chiefs. Starting my journey as a Lab Assistant and now working as a Division Chief and I believe I have those leadership qualities which is required to lead an organization like EMS and help the organization reach new heights and maintain its status. I want to become the leader of EMS because I want EMS to perform its best smoothly without any issues or hurdles.

Reasons:
1) Better and easier communication between Employees and High Command:
Many employees hesitate to reach out to the High Command in fear of being ignored, so I want to make sure that every High Command is capable to reach out to the employees and help them out whenever needed.

2) Hassle free work environment:
First I think the concept of the Day and Night shift is not ideal for EMS. Instead of having 2 shift, we can have 4 shift (6 hours each) and EMS should have employees hired for each shift and the shift they select they need to work at least 1 hour in that shift. I have seen that the main problem comes after the Tsunami and it lasts for the next 6 hours because I see too many employees requesting for replacement and there is nobody available to replace them and there comes my third point.....

3) Recruitment Drives every week:
I will conduct recruitment drives every week according to the shifts which need more attention so we don't run out of employees that are willing to put their all in this organization.

4) Better Training Structure:
As the existing training structure its very time and energy consuming for the FTO and the new employees. I would like to Implement a better training structure to help out the new recruits and help them to understand the working of EMS. I will update the Training Structure to include videos and other necessary tools to cut the down time required to train new employees.

5) Weekly Meetings:
Meetings with their respective High Commands of each departments to clear doubts and take suggestions from the employee to improve the working of the organization.


3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
EMS is Important Organization for the city and continuously providing medical needs to all citizens since the beginning of the city and I will make sure that the process continues till the end of my term. I will focus on improving Role Play level of the organization by taking these steps:

1)Improving the HAT:
I will make sure that every HAT member is well trained and capable of handling the HAT situations very well so that none of the Hostage Situations will be missed.

2)Improving the ARD:
Since there are not much ARD officers in the organization I would like to add more employees in the ARD Team to revive patients who are outside the city or areas where the ambulance cant reach.

3)Better relation with other Organizations:
Helping other Organizations during the events and even while they are having their respective recruitments and also by Actively participating in the global events which they organize for every organization.

4)Inter Organizations Synergy:
EMS will assist other legal orgs. with their requirements, such as health checkups and insurance. In return, I will build a better relationship with them and improve the RP elements with them.
