Rejected Player scammed me and did not honor a trade deal

Hi, myself and player ID 181502 (Bittu Barbaroo) entered a trade deal my car for his apartment.

After completing the trade from my side he did not commit to the same, instead dropped me off in the middle of nowhere and disappear with my car. Am attaching screenshots of his passport and messages confirming the deal.
