Rejected demorgan and warn for gr 6.2

as you can see in the clip, i didnt shoot, i was the one wearing black and in the clip i was not shooting, i climbed up the ladder and then down directly as you can see. And because of me not shooting i think that it is unfair for me to get a warning and demorgan. Im okay with demorgan now because im soon released but please no warning because i didnt do anything.
