Hey,
So what happened is I recently posted a forum against this player and he got mad because of that as he applied for LSPD leader position. So now what he is doing is coming at my fam house and trying to listen everything convo I have with my friends/ fam members. I even go away from him but still he keeps following me, It even makes me feel awkward and now he clearly said that he will make me face consequences for the forum I posted.

Didnt seem anything provoking here.
But regarding targetting cases you can make a specific complaint with enough evidences.
