Dear Grand Role Play Server Administrator,
I am writing to report a rule violation that occurred on the server. Below are the details:
Case 1:
Time (In-Game): 12:47
Situation: My team was protecting our solars in the ghetto area, which has an accessible roof.
Incident: At 12:48, a group of strangers raided us for the solars.
Issue: During the fight, as shown in my POV, I was being shot from an unknown location. I spent about a minute trying to locate the shooter, only to realize that four people were firing from an non-accessible roof, which is a violation of rule GR 6.18.
Proof: In my POV at timestamp 6:20, you can clearly see someone standing on an non-accessible roof with a helicopter.
Additional Details: Around 12:53, two members from that group came down using the helicopter, as seen in my POV.

Case 2:
Time: 12:57
Incident: We killed Stranger ID: 103615 (POV timestamp: 9:19).
Rule Violation: After being eliminated, he returned to the RP situation within one minute and killed me at 12:58. This is a clear case of NLR (New Life Rule) violation.
Important Note:
This is my second report regarding this situation. In my first report, I was punished for metagaming (Thread ID: 983968). However, the main issue of rule violations by other players remains unresolved.
My Request:
I immediately reported the situation to an admin, but there was no response.
One minute after we died, Admin Guddu Verlice responded and told us to file a forum complaint.
Later, when I revisited the location where I was shot, I called for an admin again. This time, the admin confirmed that the non-accessible roof violation (GR 6.18) had occurred and stated that the players would be punished after review.
However, Administrator Carl Jordan later denied my report, stating that the IDs of the players on the non-accessible roof were not visible in the POV.
My Response:
How can I possibly see their IDs if they are shooting from a distance?
If I die, I can obtain their ID, but during an active RP situation, I need to focus on fighting and surviving.
The admin was not present live during the incident, and I believe these rule violations should be properly investigated through logs or other means.
Final Thoughts:
The priority in any roleplay server should be fairness and equal treatment for all players.
If any POV does not clearly show the ID of a player using an non-accessible roof, does that mean no action will be taken? If that is the case, then next time, we will also take advantage of this by dealing damage from an inaccessible roof while our ground members finish the kill. This creates an unfair situation where one side benefits from an unintended advantage.
Allowing damage from an non-accessible roof without consequences sets a dangerous precedent. If this is not addressed, players might exploit this rule in future situations, making the game unfair.
If the players in question did not violate GR 6.18, then no punishment is needed. But if they did, they should be penalized accordingly.
Please review the evidence carefully and ensure that the correct action is taken.
