actullt i have 2 pov but they after one after anoter the thing happen is its been 26min i say him to leave me then he just say its not been more then 25min here is 2nd pov

in the 1st pov which is

you can see the gov officer cough me at 17:30 and at the end of 2nd pov he arrest me at 17:57 which is more then 25min pls help

As per State Rule 1.14 It states that the arrest should be 25 mins. Unless you ask for a lawyer the time will increase.

Now in the IC legislation it says that 3 calls for a lawyer has to be made if one is requested by the 10-15 and each request has to be a minimum of 2 mins apart meaning asking for a lawyer will take a minimum of 6 minutes. Now you was places in cuffs at 17:27 i made the first request for a lawyer at 17:32 meaning those 3 requesting being 2 mins apart would take you to 17:38 adding time to the arrest due to the State Rule 1.14. You was taken by FIB at 17:38 just after the last lawyers request and was processed at 17:56 meaning your arrest time was actually only 22 minutes if you are to take out the time of requesting a lawyer 3 times. So we actually did not pass the 25 minute rule.

I am in GOV there is no need to do department for a lawyer as i can ask for one myself as i am in GOV. Please dont accuse of Deceiving admins when if anything your forum is Deceiving admins.
