but i got Punishment For GR 6.15
i don't know Why
I was Shoot in my pov after RP situation Started Already After The Guy in POV raised gun that ic Crime Open Carrying After that RP situation Start Then i shoot him

When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN

I already Engage in RP before Shooting and i have ic reason to Do That Open Carrying When he cleanly Has Gun in hand and running up
