Rejected Bug abuse + GR 6.2 I 87057, 75592

I responded to a global situation (Heavy 10-10). I started shooting at player with ID 87057, then he quit at (00:21) and rejoined in the exact same spot (00:58) — this is considered bug abuse.
As for the other player, ID 75592, I killed him and he left the situation (4:44) — which is a violation of Rule GR 6.2.
