When I came Los santos city I got attracted towards crime section and I joined I loved the work of gangs and took part in all of illegal works and enjoyed playing crime events so my first gang was ballas but i want to be leader of bloods too i really want to lead it. Also I have leadership skills because I captain of one of the top 10 family Bhaiya Gang and rank 14 in all the gangs. Also experienced in both legal and illegal organizations.

I have learnt different situations in gangs so i know the best members to keep in my term, and run the best term ahead as there will be experienced people for different works in gang. Make sure they doing events everyday so citizens can see and learn and attract in our gang and also give best bonus to everyone who joined gang help to run our gang.

As a leader, I will prioritize fulfilling all weekly requests, ensuring the gang operates independently without external pressure. The organization will have active members who attend every event. I’ll delegate trusted deputies to assist in covering all events, especially during late hours. I also plan to build an elite graffiti team that will secure maximum profit for the gang. This strategy will ensure the success of The Bloods during my leadership.

Reason 1: The first gang I joined after coming into the server was Ballas, I was very mesmerised with what I saw. People helping out each other, standing up for each other, it was very fun while it lasted and I embrace all moments I spent there. Now I want to do something for myself and build a legacy for myself in this esteemed server. My passion towards criminal roleplay motivates me to foster a great term.

Reason 2: I think of myself as a helper, I met my fam members not too long ago who helped me learn all the RP elements and fostered an interested within me towards roleplay. I want bloods in my term to be such a gang where people are connected and help each other out rather than bringing someone down. I want to help newbies to learn about criminal roleplay and experience criminal RP in detail.

Reason 3: I always like to look at things from a different perspective, this habit of mine allows me to look at a situation with unique POV's. Even if I am a leader and someone is facing any trouble in my org, I will look into that situation from a normal members POV, an HC's POV and completely understand the severity of a situation. This helps me to make better decisions and be precise with them.

2. Make sure to minimize rulebreaks which expotentially increases roleplay.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

1. Prove my self: i have lead Vagos bunta Families 2 time and ng 2 time been deputy of every state other than ems but when my last term of ballas disbanded on 43 turf it hit my confidence so i need do prove my self to all of my supports and my self to i will lead Bloods to greatness and i will make it more active then my Ballas term where i had 40+ people in store normally i will make it most active prove again that Wolf Gangster is still HIM and can lead and all i need is a chance

2. active gang and events: in sometime i seen Gang disbanding and being inactive i in my all gang used to go subs every day and with lot of member but today it boring and i will make it fun again and we will attend every event with max members and dominate it like always i do in my term and with my experience as leader i have very good team of guys who are ready to join at moments notice and do the work and i also have good deputy to make sure past don't repeat it self and i will make red color feared again

3. i will take full advantage of Bloods HQ location and use to best with it having one of best hostage location ever and with my home advantage it very easy to win and bloods is near main ghetto but not in main ghetto so we will have perfect place to start and would not get overwhelmed and we have highway near the bloods or easy way out of ghetto that we can do for somethings and with my team we will easily win most of situation

3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. Strict Hiring: i will only hire with strict interview process and help new guys learn rule and make it good

2. Only active member gang: i will only give rank to active guys and also remove any inactive guys from my gang and we will make it so we are active in event not just in map

3. Bonus System: i will have big bonus system and strict one if you are not on time then no bonus simple as it would be problem for me

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1- After seeing gangs disband recently due to failures or other reasons, I decided to take the lead based on my friends' suggestions. I trust my leadership skills, and given my wide network, I have no doubt that I will have a very active term.


2- I am part of a team that is very experienced in this matter and has been the champion for 3 active seasons. My team and I will easily reach 100% together on this journey. We will prove to people that Turf is not harmful by avoiding warnings because of it. I will take the second term and try to achieve 100% twice in 60 days. If I succeed, I will have accomplished the impossible.

3- I am saddened to say that the Leos have taken over the ghetto. To fix this situation, I will arrange a meeting with the other gang leader. Together, we will reclaim the spirit of the ghetto and establish strong cooperation among us.

4- I will bring back the Capital Attack, which hasn’t been done for a long time. I will work hard to make everyone say, "A true leader" behind my back.

5- I will not include people as HC just because they have experience. Only those who promise to truly work for the gang and put in the effort will become HC. Other hardworking members who are not HC will be monitored and given high ranks accordingly. This is how we will establish the rank hierarchy. Those who do not work and those who are toxic have no place with us.

6- After proving myself as a leader, I will not stop my activities. I want to actively serve the city.

4- New events and Capital Attack.

5- Smart individuals who will work for the gang even if they are not deputies.

7- Even after the weekly tasks are completed, we will continue FZ attacks and events.

8- Toxicity will be a reason for kick.

9- A skilled teaching team will be established to help people learn the rules and get accustomed to the city.
