2.1 The Families gang has always had trouble with internal conflict and not being together. As a leader, I would like to reunite the crew under one vision, restore member-to-member trust, and solidify our bond so we could continue on with loyalty and pride.
2.2 Leadership can't just be about power; it’s about having a plan. I want to bring more sophisticated strategy, a better organized approach, and stewardship into the Families. I think I can give the Families a chance to grow in strength, power, and respect, not just in the confines of mutualistic alliances, but through better hustle.
2.3 There has been too much division and personal issues from within that has weakened the gang from the inside. I want to step up and re-unify everyone under one flag. Unity is a powerful thing — and once we are all moving under one flag, we won't be able to be touched by any gang.

REASON 1.1 - So, I want to being a gang leader because when I started my roleplay life, I start it from gang and from that time I want to be a leader a gang and after a long period i came in families as a graffiti leader and I work hard and also get much rank in other gang also and at the and I became deputy of families in the last term and I closely looked the things in gang and seen how it is when you are deputy and a leader how much work you have and I think I can be a leader after the experience .
REASON 1.2 - So as you can see in last term its very active but when term going to end it got inactive and also in the other term i can see that its very inactive term but i want to make my term very active as a gang leader, I also have my family support and also other family support, that how i can make my gang very active .

-I have been working in gangs from past 5-6 months where I got knowledge about each and every thing about how a gang works and how to run a successful gang term. So I think I have got more than enough experience to run my own term.,
-I have seen that from past 3-4 terms the fear of driving in ghetto is lost because the gangs are not that active nowadays. So I wanna bring the old fear of ghetto back in my term.,
-When I came in city then the first gang that I joined with my friends was ballas and it was the gang from which a lot of things. And now I want to give my best to make ballas one of the most active gang in Los Santos.

I would try to make Families the least toxic and most friendly gang in the city by hiring high commands who are active and non-toxic. 1 Thanks to all the previous experience I've been able to gain, I think I'm now capable of running an organization properly. I have already gained experience in state and crime organizations and I am also familiar with holding a leadership position as . I want to promote the RP experience of all players and turn the Grove into a gang that is known throughout Los Santos. Above all, I would like to promote the RP with state organizations because, as a member of the Families, I noticed that role play with gangs has a lot of potential for improvement. I have many plans that I would like to actively implement.
2.Under my leadership there will be clear rules so that the RP experience is in no way jeopardized. It is important to me to make everyday life as exciting as possible so that no one ever gets bored. I have planned that in order to cross the aisle you have to solve a few case studies that relate to RP in order to see whether the applicant has a clear understanding of RP.
3. I want to become the leader of this particular organization because it was the first real gang I was in back then. My goal with the organization is to revive the ghetto because I feel like very little is happening at the moment, I just know the ghetto differently and I want to try to rebuild it. 2.1 I want to be leader of Families because Families was the first gang that I joined in en2 and it had alot of good people that made me love the server and the gang even more.
2.2 and I want to be leader of Families because I was 2 times deputy in Marabunta and I think its time for me to be leader and lead Families and make it the best using all the experiences I have gained from all the leaders I was under
2.3 I know that if I take leadership of Families I will make Families be feared by all gangs and all leo organizations and I will make Families a terrorist organization and make it the best and the most active org in the whole city.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 I will improve the rp by doing more store robberies and interacting more with leos and making more fzs.
3.2 I will make Families active in ghetto and whenever someone enters ghetto they will always find Families.
3.3 I will make hostage situations with other gangs and make the city be more active then usual.
3.4 I will make sure that Families always have all the graffities and make sure that the profit doesn't go below 10k.
3.5 I will insure that there will be no toxicity in the organization.
3.6 Making sure that Families will always be active.

= would like to become leader because i think City crime rate id too low these days.This city is not like before when the city is more gang dominant nowadays city more leos dominant so firstly bring back our old good days As you know my most of time spent doing illegal things with gang so I like the toxic atmosphere of gang killing, robing, taking anyone hostage is my passion and I always I like to do such things.
= To run a successful organisation first thing we want a best deputy for my organisation haveing a best of best deputy,s will make your term and your work smoother then expected. For that we will have one night deputy so that our organisation never sleep always working on a maximum capacity at night also.
= I wanna do event and situation all the time nowadays gangs are hardly completing their weakly goals and me in my term I will complete my weakly goals as soon as possible so that we can do more and more activity in gang.

= Nowadays people are prefering leo for experience better roleplay we can improve roleplay in gang by engaging with leos like in hostage situation is best the bast way to experience roleplay in gangs. in every situation we can call LI so that they can cover our news for better roleplay.
= Bonus is the way that attract evey member in city to get hired and become rich in city.
= Engaging in a war with other gang in ghetto will improve make it more realistic and fun for other gang member.
= Doing max event in a day for engaging our gang member so that they are not getting bored in gang.
