By seeing the rich history of Ballas I would really love to lead this gang and take it to the top as it has been in the past. I really want to make Ballas the most active gang in this city for which I will try to give everything I can.

2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization.

2.1 Through taking charge of Ballas and becoming its leader offers a rare chance to control the course and impact of a strong force in the city. Three main factors drive my motivation: making a strategic impact, encouraging team loyalty, and improving the immersive gang roleplay experience for both myself and others. Initially, becoming a leader of the gang would provide me the ability to make important strategic choices that could improve the gang standing in the city. My objective is to lead the gang towards domination by organising different types of robberies and gaining control over territory. I'm well-suited for planning intricate operations and overcoming obstacles because I understand the principles of the gang and can think critically under duress.

2.2 After staying in this city for a long time and meeting different people i can say that I have a great bonding among many people which will actually proof that i will have a great team of turfers and graffiti. I will make sure there will always be max profit from the graffiti so that people feel more motivate to work for the gang and be loyal to the gang. And also for territory and I have a great turfer team through which I can ensure there a great chances of capturing all the territories which will help a lot to maintain a legacy and a name in the city so that everyone knows that there is ballas present which is the best gang under my leadership. Furthermore, we will do successful hostage situations while maintaining all the server rules.

In order to improve the quality of RolePlay level in the organization, more attention must be paid to character growth, variety of scenarios, and authenticity in all interactions. There should be proper interaction with every situation and people so that everyone have some fun in it and feel the thunder in it. The gang may improve its standing in the RP world and provide a more engaging and immersive experience for all participants by pushing each member to fully explore their character, creating more imaginative and realistic scenarios, and adhering to uniform roleplay standards. There should not be any kind of favoritism in the gang. There should be always team work present everywhere because a single person can never manage everything alone It actually how the single person divides the work and create more realistic experience for everyone. By these initiatives, the gang transforms from a mere force in the game into a massive force with dynamic connections and abundant storytelling possibilities.
