Rejected Mass Rules Break I FIB

I am an LSPD officer. While patrolling near the Beach Market, I observed a female individual holding a weapon in a public area. I approached her and attempted to arrest her in accordance with RP laws and procedures.
During the arrest, a person claiming to be her friend — who is a member of the FIB — started interfering and helping her, although he did not present any documentation or show his corrupted badge (he is not marked as a corrupted agent). One of my fellow LSPD officers saw him using force but did nothing to intervene.

I asked the female suspect if she was part of the FIB, and her response was only "I want a lawyer," without answering the question. It is important to note that FIB agents cannot carry weapons in the Beach Market without an active situation or RP justification.
Despite all of this, when I transported the suspect to jail, a higher-ranking LSPD officer attempted to stop me from continuing the arrest without asking about the situation or checking my bodycam.
Later on, other FIB officers arrived and detained me without any RP reason, without asking about the context or seeing any evidence. They were not marked as corrupt agents either and resorted to using force directly, violating RP protocol.

Furthermore, the same high-ranking LSPD officer accused me of power abuse without understanding the situation or reviewing my bodycam footage.

I don’t understand why you have decided to try state false accusations at no point did I mess with what your doing I simply watched and see if help was needed in which I did when it seemed that you need help I turned on my grand pro bodycam by that time you where uncuffed.

Also you said that I’m a higher rank officer accusing you of false claims. For the reviewing admin my rank is the same as his as I am 28 and he is 26 but internal from LSPD we have same powers if proof is needed you can ask LSPD curators as I’m sure the rank system was approved by them and know the difference

Firstly, regarding the first POV: ID 40562 has a corrupt bio, but there is no outcome or rule that allows cuffing someone without any valid IC reason. This is exactly what he did—there was no probable cause or even a reasonable suspicion. This is Fail RP, as you cannot just cuff someone without proper RP.

In this case, my officer was cuffing someone because he had valid IC reasons to do so.

Secondly, ID 26008 does not have a corrupt bio. Therefore, if she witnessed corruption, she is obligated to report it to her higher-ups. Failure to do so would fall under General Rule 6.4.

Again at 1:54 (ic time), ID 40562 committed Fail RP and PG. Just because you can press “Z” on someone and cuff them mechanically does not mean you can do so without proper RP.


Additionally, he was dragging someone who was already cuffed—so how can you cuff and drag someone who is already dragging someone?

But rather the a org rule break I think these are personal rule breaks as only 2 people broke the rule

There were clear rule breaks from both sides. You guys are 40k IDs if you don’t know the basics, what will new players learn?

First off, FIB agent 26008 was openly carrying in public, which gave LSPD reasonable suspicion. That’s why she was cuffed and searched. But then agent 40562 randomly cuffed the LSPD officer. Do you even know the proper procedure? That clearly falls under fail RP. Having a corrupt bio doesn’t give you the right to break OOC rules you should know that by now.

And btw, since when can lawyers be corrupt? Being a Federal Attorney and witnessing corruption but not doing anything is a direct GR 6.4.

Saying “I can’t tell my identity” or “it’s classified” bla bla is not a valid reason to refuse to show ID while being arrested, Fyi. You have to reveal your identity at this point.

Do you even know why we consider PG while dragging someone and running? Because of game mechanics, your character runs at full speed even when dragging someone which is not realistic. Dragging two cuffed people while walking at the same speed? That’s exactly why it’s PG. You should know that, honestly. Don’t claim to have "RP knowledge" when clearly, you don’t. Learn something instead of acting oversmart

Cuffing without any reason? That’s fail RP again.
Witnessing corruption and doing nothing? That’s GR 6.4.
Same goes for 48079 witnessed corruption, didn’t take action, GR 6.4.

Instead of covering for your agents, start teaching them the rules. As a Deputy Director, that’s your job. Honestly, didn’t expect this kind of stuff from 40k IDs..
