2.1)I have worked under many gangs and am in high command and recently beacome deputy of Bloods and Ballas, so i know how to handles the whole gang and how a gang works. But I also have to gain experience and test my leadership skills by becoming a leader of families because the location of his gang is the best and so are his cars.
2.2)All the gangs have been very inactive for the last few months and the ghettos are also very empty most of the time. So I have to change all this and again create fear among everyone regarding the ghettos by making my term one of the most active terms because I have seen that in all the gangs everyone easily gets 14th rank and they do not even know any rules. In my term I will ensure that no one gets such rank, whoever deserves the rank will get the same rank so that all the guys get a chance to prove themselves.
2.3)I also have the support of 2-3 big families whose members are mostly in gangs and some of them have also been leaders, so I know those people will help me in making my term better and the most active term till now, without breaking any rules and without getting any warning.

1.I will try to do 100% turf.

- Bonuses are a powerful way to attract members they motivate, reward effort, and help players grow rich while staying loyal. It’s not just money, it’s momentum.

improve at doing roleplay at it's best ! - 1 ) I want to make the ghetto more active also to be sure for not breaking any rule ( inviting for level 5 or more ) also by giving people a good idea about gangs as aa families .

- 2 ) I will be present with my gang every event ( batlle ship , gun store robbery , store roberry , fz raid , raid other gangs ... ) .
- 3 ) I have a lot of friends who can help me to make it the best gang .

- 4 ) I'm going to make RP better in the gang by making interactions with legal organizations more fun and interesting.

- 5 ) I will make sure that the person, who is joining my gang, will go through a proper IC quiz and if our gang HCs finds out that he knows all the ghetto and general rules, we will recruit him, so that there won't be any chance of fail RP from the organization members. We all see people getting warns and punishments for not following RP but I will make sure to try my best to avoid toxic members and recruit people in the gang who have knowledge of basic city and ghetto rules.

I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make Families the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best.

-->Lastly, I've noticed that most leaders avoid going with members for highway robberies and ghetoo clapping because they dislike it, which weakens their bonds with members. I'll accompany them, teach the basics to those who don't know, and give them opportunities to do things so they stay engaged and don't get bored. 2. Giving maximum bonuses to gang members for their living.
3. Promoting passionate and active gangsters on weekly basis.
4. Setting up a criteria for hiring people to hire competitive and passionate gangsters.
