By making my tenure one of the most active, I hope to change this and rekindle the terror of the ghetto. because I observe that every member of any gang quickly achieves rank 14 and is unaware of the rules. I won't promote anyone who doesn't know anything about gangs, and I'll conduct a thorough interview with high command so they can provide each new member with basic training. like as highway robbery, ghetto clapping, etc.

Improving Roleplay is to do more events in different areas and before joining I will take a short interview for only joining and that will get a basic rank but who knows the rules he can give interview to HC's to get a High commands rank by doing this there will be very low chance of rule break

I have seen people are joining Gangs but leaving too soon due to lack of money in gang I will make sure that I will manage the bonus system very well to hiring an HR who can manage all bonuses system and give the bonus to everyone on time by doing this my bonuse system will maintain

2.1 Through taking charge of Families and becoming its leader it offers me a rare chance to control the course and impact of a strong force in the city. I want to make families the gang which will make people understand that it’s about protecting what the Families stand for unity, strength, and survival. 2.2 After staying in this city for a long time and meeting different people i can say that I have a great bonding among many people which will actually proof that i will have a great team of turfers and graffiti. I will make the ghetto terror for other gangs that they will think 10 times before coming to ghetto because families gang will be there. -->First and foremost, I want to be the leader of the Families Gang because it is an old gang from the beginning of the Grand Theft Auto universe, and people tend to ignore it because of its inactive leaders and members. However, if I am given the position, I will make sure that Families regains its vibe and that people fear it.

I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make Families the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best.

-->Lastly, I've noticed that most leaders avoid going with members for highway robberies and ghetoo clapping because they dislike it, which weakens their bonds with members. 1. Participation of our gang in maximum events to enhance and enjoy RolePlay.
2. Giving maximum bonuses to gang members for their living.
3. Promoting passionate and active gangsters on weekly basis.
4. Setting up a criteria for hiring people to hire competitive and passionate gangsters.
5. Ensuring participation of at least one high command to avoid rule breaks and enjoy RolePlay at its finest.
6. Performing activities like hostage situations and robberies to encourage more RolePlay with citizens and the LEOs.
7. Proper use of /me and /try commands in different situations will be done to enhance RolePlay.

-> When I started the game, I met some new friends who told me everything about Grand Rp. Now i Have Good experience About Rp And i was High commands Of Many Gangs, so I am applying for the Families gang today.

I've been here for 3 years and I've been in multiple organizations and I've got a lot of experience I was a deputy in bloods and I've been a high command in FIB and LSPD I've learned the rules form past mistakes and I've read them through the server rules on the forums.

I remember when it was my first time joining an organization and that org was a gang, it was really fun conducting gang activities and leadership came easily to me so that's one of the reasons I want to be a gang leader as a first time leader to take experience and share that fun experience with everyone in the server.

After all this time and experience in the city with gangs and state orgs I believe am ready to move forward and take on leadership.
