I also noticed the delay in answering the tickets and in response to this people finally need to call an admin assistant, I want to eliminate this problem and do the best from my side. I also want to help the new people coming to the city to enjoy their vacations and want to ensure these new people as well as the older ones live happily and face no problems regarding anything.
