i) I want to be leader of FIB as I have been in city for a decent amount of time and when I joined FIB it taught me everything related to police RP and I got to learn about the Pros and Cons and would like to serve back FIB as a leader.

ii) I am having a lot of experience in the state orgs as I was High command in Official and Unofficial Orgs and was a 00 Agent in FIB as well in Vladimirs term and now HOD in FIB, and COS in LSPD so I am ready to be the leader of this particular org and having adequate experience.


iii) As being in FIB and LSPD for a very long time I saw how the past leaders did and learned from them about the mistakes and what good things they did and will make sure to improve those things for the improvement of the organization and will try my best to bring the legacy back of FIB and would focus mostly on doing gang raids, and Bm raids, Gp, so can help make the crime in the city stop.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in Organization.

Firstly, I would make a HR team just for the agents to make them teach the Uc Agents things as being in FIB Uc Agent is something which is very important as for FIB, helping collecting evidences so we can do gang raid and make this city a wonder .
Secondly, I will introduce a bonus system which will motivate the agents in the org in doing FIB missions especially in collecting evidences and will also try to keep the org active by introducing shift wise bonus system and doing an extra bonus for night shifts as I know it is harder at night than in day, in order to make the org active and make agents attend every events and situation

Thirdly, Would introduce department like DEA which will make sure to make the city drug free by doing busts and the training will be given for the same will make them teach to do the UC busting stuff and will also have a IA department which will keep checking the background logs of the org making sure there is no suspicious activity and IA will make sure everything in the org is running smoothly and clean and will also maintain a good relationship with other state orgs in the city and will make sure that LSPD employees will not misuse their power.


Also, Would like to add one more point for the improvement, will make sure that the spec ops are being done on time and regular and bonus for complete successful missions will be given out so agents will have a sensitive to do the their missions and will make sure to hire only limited high commands and will maintain the Chain of Command in a proper way.

1. I would like to be the Leader of FIB because I have a lot of experience within this organization on English one server, I also want to serve justice and make sure that FIB is the greatest organization.

3. I have a team of amazing and experienced people that would assist me to lead FIB and we would be able to lead the organization into the correct direction and make it a powerful organization.

5. I will setup an IA program as well so if any agent believes that something is not being done correctly, it could be reflected on and issued correctly.

1.I believe that FIB should be the best organization and most powerful, therefore I will set meetings with FIB every week to see what we could do to improve and I will make sure that no problems are made.

2.I will also take hostage situations and store robberies and every type of criminal activity extremely serious and make sure that good RP happens and nobody breaks any rules.

3. I will make sure that every agent is always on task and isn’t trolling within FIB jurisdiction.

4. Another advice would be to make sure every rp situation remains realistic.

5. I would also enforce a strict ooc test for every member that would like to apply to join.

6. I would prioritize heavy situations such as Hostage situations / store robberies and make a specific team that would be in charge of leading these situations every time and make sure they are trained well.

1 - First of all, experience, in the last year or so I have devoted myself to state organizations, I spent a lot of time in this organization, and I think it could be an excellent choice for a leader. I also have experience as a leader of an organization because I was the leader of Bloods Leader n Deputy Director.

2 - I have already concluded a complete HC, which would help a lot in running it, also all of them have experience with HC, so this organization could be one of, if not the best for good and honest RolePlay.

3 - I believe that the FIB is the most important organization because of its location and also the work and responsibilities it carries, it is important to have a lot of people and also people who know their job.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1 - I am satisfied with the RP of the organization itself, collecting evidence against gangs and conducting raids is the essence of the FIB's work, but I would also dedicate myself to Families in order to expand the game itself and the RP because it was done very little in the past.

2 - Toxicity in the organization would be reduced to zero and I would force all members of the supreme command to apply the same to younger members who are part of the organization, and toxicity to other organizations will not exist.

3 - As an organization that deals with the collection of evidence and information, they would also devote themselves to the collection of evidence and information from other state organizations in the search for corruption and other criminal activities. and act in secret.

I've been gone for this server for around two years. Now that I'm back I'd like to come back at a new start and show these people how its done, I feel like some of these leaders have gone soft and don't know how to do it anymore. I promise if I become Leader of FIB it will be considered the prime of LSPD. I want to become FIB to have a stable LEO organization within the server. I've looked over people in each org and already have a plan for my High command and officers. I've visited a couple other servers and found other perspectives on how to run an org and feel like I could really get it going with this one. I also really miss Grand RP and want to make a really good comeback, and the best way to do that is to come back to my roots (LEO). I was the Deputy of FIB and before that was the head of multiple of their departments for multiple months. I know how to do everything in this department is suppose to run. I know you guys might think I'm a bit washed coming back to the city like this but I can assure you that if you take this chance on me I will NOT disappoint.

This is the FIB, very Strict Leadership
Constant communication with Curators
Constant checks on my members and keeping a close eye on them.
Making sure the members that I interview are trained well and have qualifications for the job
Making sure to get evidence for raids
No bias, as I won't know many people and won't have bias' towards them.

2.1 Leadership: There's been some amazing leadership for the first term to this last one but i think i can go above and beyond and be the best leader FIB has ever seen i know who i want for certain positions already i have everything mapped out.
2.2 Family: this last term made me realize so much FIB needs better leadership someone who will step up to the plate when needed someone who can get along with other leaders and not fight with them.
2.3 Discipline: I plan on implementing a lot of discipline but i also want people to be able to have fun while be smart about it i don't want people breaking rules and getting kicked out of the org for stupid reasons.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1 Structure: I'm going to implement enough structure and discipline to where people know how to have fun while not breaking the rules.
3.2 Ranks: I'm going to give people ranks/roles based on experience if they deserve it and if they can show me there fit for that role/rank.
3.3 Corruption: ive seen a decent amount of corruption in FIB last term ive met people with bad experiences with corruption so i plan of trying to limit is a much as possible.
3.4 I want this next term to have the best roleplay experience while still having structure.

Aiming for 24/7 Activity:
It’s not an easy goal to achieve TBH, but I will do my best to recruit experienced and calculated individuals to cover morning, evening, and night shifts, aiming to restore FIB's previous high activity levels. A commitment to dedicating sufficient time ensures peak organizational performance.​
Roles and Recognition:

1.first i wanna be leader of fib is because i have leader experience as lspd and i have experience in fib and white both of those i feel like its a good time to get leader and take the step up

3- Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization?

My High Commands:

I would make sure each and every high command's have previous experience within the organisation and other orgs I would enforce a new rule being that if you want to have to be a high-command you would have to fill out a application and pass with a 80% success rate, because within the organisation of FIB you have to understand the ic rules and ooc rules.

Double 00 Agents / Undercover Agents:
My undercover agents would have to be able to do undercover work properly which is a thing which FIB needs for there case files, you have to make sure that they know how to analyse and get evidence against the gangs which is successful to get our evidence of 5 evidences per gang. these agents would have to go into training and be a Double 00 in training, to make sure they can get atleast 2 successful evidences.

Human Resources:

Making sure my people can train and be able to get skilled and intelligent people into the org of FIB this department would be the most active and professional and skilled and know what they are doing making sure they can hire a goal of 60 people by the end of the term, which should be easy to manage but it's not numbers what count it's the skill what matters.

HOD of Departments:
There goal is to make every department working the best they can with the divisions, making sure the org is active and knows what it is they are doing will be professional and have loads of different experiences in the different orgs. These people will be the directors of each part of the org, and will be the most responsible.

Punishment:
The org will deal with punishment very sufficiently making sure every person who has messed up will get punished with enforcing things like strikes and warns 3 warns gets you suspended from the org, the reason We deal with punishment like this due to the fact it enforces fairness between the people as it is the people making the org unfair and people would want to leave so the way we enforce the punishment would make them stop all of this.

Making sure my people can train and be able to get skilled and intelligent people into the org of FIB this department would be the most active and professional and skilled and know what they are doing making sure they can hire a goal of 60 people by the end of the term, which should be easy to manage but it's not numbers what count it's the skill what matters.

Firstly, I envision a more dynamic and effective FIB under my leadership. Central to this vision is the establishment of a strong High Command team comprising individuals with extensive experience and a comprehensive understanding of FIB operations and protocols. I was former SAHP Sheriff and FIB director that had lasted 2 terms. During my time in SAHP and FIB, i have extensively developed and master my leadership skill, decision making, managing units, interaction skill and conflict prevention. Although I technically failed in the previous FIB leadership, however i learnt very valuable lesson from it and would very much want to try to re-apply the leadership to make it right all over again. I'd like to utilise this new skill set that i have acquired and make it to good use if I am chosen to lead FIB again. I am still very influential in within the state org be it LSPD, SAHP or FIB, therefore gaining support and good collaboration from them will not be an issue. I also have sufficient support from family and friends who had been in LEO that can help me run this organization efficiently.

3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I feel i am ready to take up the new challenge to be the new FIB director again based from my past track record in FIB and would love to apply the skillset i had possessed throughout my career in law enforcement.
If i am chosen,
- During my past leadership in FIB, our detectives department was one of the most active division. I would like to bring back the same concept i had used and it was proven to work. With this in mind, i will collaborate with LSPD and SAHP , introduce a new system for Criminal Investigations so that all Law Enforcement Agencies could assist FIB in casefiles.
- New agents will be trained and should develops based to his or her personality. They will be tested, trained and promoted based to their strength and ability.
- I will make proper RP guidelines covering how to react to every situation to ensure everyone to maintain the good RP experience
- I will host regular meetings for daily update and will actively encourage and motivate each and every members
- Implement good bonus system, to honor agent who had been actively attending events and crime investigator who had contributed to our casefiles.

a) If I become director of the FIB my agent will work hard. In each term, I have seen that there are very fewer officers present at night, as a result, officers don't get proper backup to respond to the crimes which are happening at night and the criminals responsible for these crimes didn't get arrested and as a FIB officer I saw most of the FIB officer got de morgan for silly mistakes, I want to give proper training for my agents to not get any Kind of warning or strike, so I need members in the organization who will work very hard, who will be very active if they need a help



b) Secondly, to continue, I want to become the leader of the FIB because I have a strong and confident plan to roll out through the department when I become Director. These plans include managing call signs, adding a strict strike system, and placing people in positions such as sergeant to effectively and confidently run and pursue a strong career path for recruits and trained veterans. I believe that FIB is one of the most important organizations in the city. The bar must be set very high in terms of standards, and I believe I can achieve that if I am in charge. Utmost professionalism is the goal of an organization like FIB.



c) Thirdly, One of my goals is to make an organization with no verbal warning or IC. My Organisation will be built on respecting and treating others the same regardless of rank, experience, age, etc everyone should be treated the same.



3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
My advice to improve role-play would include strategies to make common server rules, known abroad across the officers in and out. I would start immediately by testing and evaluating people who hold high command and supervising ranks about their knowledge of the server rules, to make sure the people at the top know what they are doing, and to rest assured they can make good and accurate decisions in recruitment, and other activities that affect the department. After this is done, I would confirm and approve an effective system to hire and recruit new people. Such a system would include a basic knowledge test that everyone must undergo during an interview, as well as a second Rp test to move on from Cadet to the trainee, which tests more in-depth rules, that would be learned and applied during the cadet phase. To pass the Cadet phase, I organized a different and unique plan for academy training sessions, making it easier for cadets and the Ftos in charge of the academy.
