Ans - I have been experiencing things as a LEO and I have been in vagos at the start of my rp life. I climbed all the way up from a vagos Clapper to bloods and families underdeputy. I used to be in gangs because a gang was my first org. Later I worked as an EMS employee. I know how to manage people and things to make an organization work efficiently whether it's legal or illegal. During my 3 terms in LSPD as HC, I saw many legal things and the way they work and illegal things too. So, I think that my these 2 experiences will help me a lot to become the leader of Vegod and personally I want to increase the crime rate of los santos as much as I can and want to make sure that the Vegod always complete their tasks which they committed. I want to implement my skills developed so far in the leadership of Vegos.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Ans - (i) I won't promote any favoritism in the gang because I have seen that most of the people give their friends and family members some of the best ranks in the gang and this is very harmful for the gang as in this hardworking gang members are being ignored and some of them would leave and this will cause a loss of members in the gang.
(ii) I will try to capture territories as much as I can to expand the Vegos as being a leader and I will recruit the best experienced people as turfer. I will make sure that our HCs are doing illegal things while following our email's rules and regulations.
(iii) I will implement my ranking system and strike system in a very efficient manner such that everyone who commits something wrong will get a lesson and with my ranking system, everyone can understand the actual importance of specific ranks (e.g. HCs ranks).

-I will advice that there should be good negotiation in the city with Leo's I have seen people not even playing RP anymore they all just do the store robberies and fz to just complete there weekly tasks nothing else as a leader I will try my best to engage in rp and have fun as much as I could because people don't understand why we are playing they plays the game for money and to get numbers we should play this game and have fun and remove stress of our daily life because at last we know these all things will never last.

-My advice is that as I can see in en2 newbie as coming frequently I will try my best to help them out as well I have leaders only invites players which are experienced in the city but I think we should always give everyone a start if you will reject them in the start most probably they will make a mind set that gangs are not good and they will not play gang rp anymore but I advice always to engage newbie with everything we should give them weapons and ammo and also let them participate in the events and also help them out if could not figure things out.

-My last advice should be that a leader should always be active and responsible about his gang and always appreciated the good work and always stand there to apologise I have seen leaders who are not active and always blames there deputies but I think this is not the correct way as a leader you should always be responsible and active with your work and always train newbies who are new in rp so they could also enjoy the rp as my goals are to make my gang as much active as I could and have numbers too which could help us to scare the Leo's also I will try to capture 100% turf as a leader as vagos have a lot of turfs so it should also be a responsibility of mine to defend them.
