Ans: I really wish to take the leadership of Los Santos Vagos for several reasons which i describe in below :

(1) I have been living and working in this city more then year and half , served as a deputy in legal org long time and after i chose to live a live of gangster and join vagos and other few gangs to gain experience and to know how underworld works. Was work as OG in vagos and created a team which can deal with other gangs and show the power and that diverse experience gives me the skills necessary to effectively lead and run this powerful gang also i really like the way Los Santos Vagos roles out want to take the gang in TOP

(2) In addition i have support from my family and friends which will also give me good amount of support to run a gang and together we can deal and face any kind of problems ,Together we can show other that how brotherhood works & my gang involvement, I have been facing lots of ups and down also had experience to handle tuff situations so i believe handle and counter law enforcement strategies during tense situations.

(3) And am confident in myself and also believe that i can carry on and expand the gang's influence and prestige, in the footsteps of previous leaders to maintain our dominance and great legacy in the city.

Ans: Here are my suggestions for enhancing the Roleplay level within Los Santos Vagos Gang:

(1) I will make sure that with all of our gang members we will do all the events FZ,BS,Clands,subs etc, also will go in hostage situation but with in rules ,will interact with leos to make a good amount of rp situations

(2)Main part toxicity is not allowed , i will not keep anyone who is toxic ,toxic behavior is not allowed , and we will work as a team, i believe we can complete any kind of work and task if we work as a team

(3) Also we will work in everyday turf expansion, I will make sure we are doing graffiti activities everyday, ensuring that we keeping our good presence in this city.

(4) Will make sure that all of our gang members know all rules and regulations if they are week we will teach them the rules and regulations of our city so that they can perform and execute all the events,task and roleplay.

(5) Will also do as much criminal activates as we can do to make sure that we can keep a good presence of our gang Infront of everyone in city

Ans - I have been experiencing things as a LEO and I have been in vagos at the start of my rp life. I climbed all the way up from a vagos Clapper to bloods and families underdeputy. I used to be in gangs because a gang was my first org. Later I worked as an EMS employee. I know how to manage people and things to make an organization work efficiently whether it's legal or illegal. During my 3 terms in LSPD as HC, I saw many legal things and the way they work and illegal things too. So, I think that my these 2 experiences will help me a lot to become the leader of Vegod and personally I want to increase the crime rate of los santos as much as I can and want to make sure that the Vegod always complete their tasks which they committed. I want to implement my skills developed so far in the leadership of Vegos.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Ans - (i) I won't promote any favoritism in the gang because I have seen that most of the people give their friends and family members some of the best ranks in the gang and this is very harmful for the gang as in this hardworking gang members are being ignored and some of them would leave and this will cause a loss of members in the gang.
(ii) I will try to capture territories as much as I can to expand the Vegos as being a leader and I will recruit the best experienced people as turfer. I will make sure that our HCs are doing illegal things while following our email's rules and regulations.
(iii) I will implement my ranking system and strike system in a very efficient manner such that everyone who commits something wrong will get a lesson and with my ranking system, everyone can understand the actual importance of specific ranks (e.g. HCs ranks).

-I want to become the leader of this organization because i think i have potential to lead a gang with my experience of being deputy in almost all the gangs I can run a gang in a wise and decent manner that the Leo's will surely be scared of vagos in my leadership I know all the protocol and measures I need to take as a leader of an org as I have been deputy of gangs i have seen leaders rise and also downfall so I know how I can Run a gang.

-I want to be the leader of vagos because I think vagos is a great opportunity for me currently as I can see they have 17 territories and also it's always a special gang as it has the most unique hq I have seen in los Santos like really at a completely different place far from main ghetto which shows me that vagos could be a terror at that time and they managed to capture a place which was under city and made it a ghetto. I like vagos also because of there colour and also it is near beach market so almost everyone knows about vagos in the city.

-I want to become a leader because I have seen from the last terms that the leader of the gangs before were not that much active as I have seen a lot of terms I think I could really make this as terror as possible, I have plans to make my gang more active I have friends who are really good at gangs and also knows all the rules and I am sure they will help me alot to maintain a gang I think this is the best time to shine in the city with the name of vagos.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

-I will advice that there should be good negotiation in the city with Leo's I have seen people not even playing RP anymore they all just do the store robberies and fz to just complete there weekly tasks nothing else as a leader I will try my best to engage in rp and have fun as much as I could because people don't understand why we are playing they plays the game for money and to get numbers we should play this game and have fun and remove stress of our daily life because at last we know these all things will never last.

-My advice is that as I can see in en2 newbie as coming frequently I will try my best to help them out as well I have leaders only invites players which are experienced in the city but I think we should always give everyone a start if you will reject them in the start most probably they will make a mind set that gangs are not good and they will not play gang rp anymore but I advice always to engage newbie with everything we should give them weapons and ammo and also let them participate in the events and also help them out if could not figure things out.

-My last advice should be that a leader should always be active and responsible about his gang and always appreciated the good work and always stand there to apologise I have seen leaders who are not active and always blames there deputies but I think this is not the correct way as a leader you should always be responsible and active with your work and always train newbies who are new in rp so they could also enjoy the rp as my goals are to make my gang as much active as I could and have numbers too which could help us to scare the Leo's also I will try to capture 100% turf as a leader as vagos have a lot of turfs so it should also be a responsibility of mine to defend them.
