- The goal is to always have more than 10k profit by having three spray leaders that can cover different times in the city.

1. I want to lead the Vagos to bring them back to their former glory. The Vagos are one of the strongest gangs in the ghetto, and it's time for them to rise up and retake dominance in the city. A strong leader is needed to rebuild and I believe I'm the guy for the job.

2. If I'm chosen as the leader of the Vagos, I will bring life back into the gang. I will increase our numbers with recruitment, partake in more events, and create a larger presence in the city. We will conduct daily robberies, specifically of stores and gun stores, and members will be rewarded for their involvement. Through these measures, I feel that the Vagos will be revitalized and our hold on the ghetto will be restored.

I was part of the Vagos gang as an Turfer . I participate in many activities with friends, learned valuable lessons, and built connections. If I pass the interview, I'll use my all skill and knowledge to lead our gang to a platinum reputation. Our gang will make its mark in the ghetto through expressive graffiti and synchronized gun-fights. We’ll target shops, 24/7 stores, and Gun Stores for daring heists. Exciting events with battleships and submarines will keep us ahead. Recruiting turf control experts is key to our dominance. Our legacy will earn respect and cement our influence in the community.


3. Your advice for improving Role-Play level in organization.

Our gang will keep the role play exciting through clear communication and understanding of rules. We’ll organize events to enhance the role-playing experience. Regular training will develop skills, and recognizing contributions will motivate everyone. Let’s create a fun and dynamic environment where every member can contribute.


1. Making sure that all members perform proper role-play. I will actively encourage members to explore new ideas, improvise, and challenge themselves towards innovative role-play situations. Also taking only knowledgeable players who know how to proceed in events.

2.If participation in out-of-game communication channels such as Discord or forums will enhance the role-play experience for gang members, not during RP situations and planning. If anyone steal or sell any kind of weapons taken from gang will be punished according to server rules and also going to every single logs who take guns where they use.

3. My main goal is to establish Our gang on Top within the Los Santos Vagos, creating a strong bond among members. I will demonstrate my loyalty and trustworthiness towards the gang and expect the same from all the members. If anyone leaks any gang related information going to punish and get blacklist from gang also.

i) I want to become a leader so that I can make the gang the biggest, the biggest gang in Los Santos.

ii) And I want to stop fraud, I mean that it happens in gangs that if two players have 1 player's seat vacant in the gang. That's why he is giving an interview for 2nd gang member. If a player has friendship with gang members then he invites him to his gang without any interview and other guys don't get any chance. If another group knows the rules then they will say that this is wrong then they will take you for interview but if you make a few mistakes then they will not give you membership.

iii) Players do not respect new players, so I want to show them that new players can also become gang leaders.

- I have many experience in both legal and illegal orgs. I have been so many situations and I can make my decisions easly with my experience from past and I know almost every single rule of the server.

-We will dominate the entire city and will do also all of the graffitis everyday

-I think having deputies from different time zones can help the gang a lot. That means the gang will have someone to lead them 7/24 and always can do grocery/gun store robberies and other.

- The goal is to always have more than 10k profit by having three spray leaders that can cover different times in the city.

- With over five years of experience leading gangs on various servers, I bring knowledge and expertise to the table. I understand the intricacies of managing a gang, from recruitment and resource allocation to conflict resolution and long-term strategizing.
My leadership style is collaborative yet decisive, ensuring that the organization operates smoothly while empowering members to contribute their ideas, talents, and roleplay quality.

- I managed to play on the server for a couple of hours with some of my friends and the quality of the roleplay that I encountered during my time was way much under my expectation, still, the quality of the scripts, the ideas and the potential that this server has to offer made me consider that a second chance must be provided and my implication to this server might bring a positive result on the community if we lead by an example on how people should provide quality roleplay.


3. Your advice for improving Role-Play level in organization.

- The main core of the group will be made by the guys that I've met in the past years of roleplay, meaning that we will always be together no matter what. Anyway, we will never stop here, we always want to recruit more, to get new friends and new people who can stay with us for longer. For the new people, we will apply everything that we did in the past, which is quite easy and I will describe it in a few steps:

1. we will make sure that they will experience good roleplay before they join our organization and set up proper expectations from the beginning.

2. we will have regular events and activities inside the gang. These could include turf wars, drug trafficking runs, heists, role-playing scenarios, and social gatherings. By providing diverse and engaging content, we can keep members excited and motivated to participate.

3. we will have effective communication channels that will keep members informed about upcoming events, changes in strategy, and important announcements. Utilize platforms such as Discord, forums, or in-game messaging systems to facilitate communication and encourage collaboration among members. Of course, all IC information will be provided only In Character and never OOCly, we are here to respect and enforce the rules.

4. recruitment and retention, by having a recruitment strategy to attract new members who share our values and vision. Actively engage with potential recruits through in-game interactions, additionally, prioritize the retention of existing members by fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

5. Recognition and Rewards, are the most important parts of the organization to keep people active and engage in different activities. By acknowledging and celebrating the efforts of our members, we can foster a sense of pride and loyalty within the organization.
