-Even though my in-game age is less, I have a very good understanding of all the rules of the server and also have some decent experience in both legal and illegal orgs. I have also been as a leader of an illegal org very recently. During my time as the leader, I have noticed many players committing mistakes unknowingly and getting punished. That is when I felt that I should share my experience and learnings and correct the ones who are committing these mistakes unintentionally. In my opinion, all the players can have a great experience (in terms of roleplay) in the city if they follow the rules and I would like to contribute to this by correcting them and ensuring proper roleplay in every situation.

Be frankly I have become an admin because I see that many new players come, they do not know any rules etc. and they are doing this and that. In fact many people do not even know how to call the admin, how can we take help from the admin, if we are in some problem or we are not able to understand something, then how can we get out of it, how can we get the solution of that thing, many people harass them, trouble them, those poor people are not able to do anything, how the game environment gets spoiled, there is a lot of bad impact, even then as an admin I want to help those people because when I came into this game, I also met many good people, many bad people, I saw my mistakes, I took the help of the admin, I gradually experienced this thing and then I understood what is the role of the admin..

I have been made an admin, so I keep three divisions, out of which the first is region. I have seen it many times and have experienced it. In many places, there is monopoly or nepotism, due to which our new players or some players suffer a lot. They are either unable to do their business or they do not get proper guidance about that thing. So I just have to check whether any player is doing monopoly or nepotism with other players, that he is taking benefit of that thing himself or giving benefit of that thing to his family members or his friend circle. So I just have to improve these things. We do not talk about this thing many times, but this thing is also happening, which I have realized in this game experience.


Second thing, if I become an admin and I get a call that someone needs help, then I want to put my hundred percent effort so that that person gets proper knowledge about that thing, about which he has doubts or about which he does not know, about which he has called me, then he will get proper knowledge about that thing and in case in future if in his family or his friend or random person needs my help or needs knowledge about that thing, then that person can give him the knowledge of that thing, so many times our knowledge will spread on our server and people will become aware about that thing.


I have seen many times that people put cheats on our server, sell businesses illegally, sell offices illegally and sell money etc. and many times it goes unnoticed by the admin because the admin is also loaded with many things, but I do not want to be limited to my server only, I want to go to the backend and see who is doing many illegal things, making cheats, selling wins, who is impacting our server so that our server is a share price seeker, and we should create a non-friendly environment for everyoneAnd if someone is caught then he should be punished for that, those who give our admissions and it is our job to maintain a fit environment for everyone

My strength is that I am able to connect with people quickly. I understand their problems as if they are my own. The second thing is that I neither consider them as a player nor as a citizen and give them solutions. I consider them as my friend and you as a family member and I give them solutions understanding that you are my family member.
