Why do you want to become an admin and step away from RP-life?
I have been part of this project for almost a year and also as an Ex-admin in some other projects, I think that I gained as much experience as possible by joining every single organization whether it is an illegal organization or a legal organization as a high highcommand, and gained as much experience as possible and Finally I have decided to leave this RP life and become an Admin because I have observed many people doing many rule breaks and they also do many things which spoil the RP for many people and don't let other people enjoy the RP life properly that's why I have decided to leave my RP and dive into the Adminship life to reduce the rule breaks made by people and make RP life better as much as possible!

What are your strengths?
1) My Greatest Strength is My Calmness. Before Making Any Decision, I carefully understand it and then make my Decision. Also, I always Stand with the Right People and listen to both sides of the situation before providing justice.
2)I am a very very quick learner which makes me an enthusiastic guy which makes it easy to learn and adapt to new things as fast as I can.
3) The fluency I have in English can also be counted as my strength as with the help of it I can easily tell the solution to their problem to people without any problem like a language barrier
4) Being professional in my work and being a good listener are also considered my major strengths.

1) While explaining something to people I overexplain a few times.

As i said earlier i come from EN1 and i have been playing RP for about 2-3 years on EN1 so i would like to retire the RP start and make a fresh start and pay back the server for the good time i had when i was on EN1 and even tho am in EN2 now playing RP i allways find myself helping new players with the server rules and guiding people for the best for them, i always find myself giving advice as if i have been playing for 10 years. i already know pretty much all the rules for the server, and not even that i know quite alot in the city good enough for an admin lvl 1 or assistant.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?
I have been playing on the server for the last 4-5 months and am well-versed in the rules and regulations. I’ve had a great experience, and I want to become an admin to help newcomers and ensure they have a positive experience in the city. I am also committed to addressing cheating, which can disrupt others' RP experiences. My goal is to assist others in becoming better RP players and to contribute to making the server enjoyable for everyone.

I am skilled in technical fields, proficient in English, and capable in decision-making and judgment.

Ans :-
I want to join the admin team and support because I really want to serve the server players and ensure that anyone who needs help gets the help that they require.
Currenty doing duty in goverment I love to interact with players daily and if they want help i will , offering right direction , rules and support whenever they needed.Help and Supporting others is something that I have always believed and now I want to take this dream to a larger scale and offer my help to the whole server. sometime our respected wizard are not in city for there work load

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I have been playing RP since pretty long time and felt like now i have enough experience to even use it to help the newbies and other players. This task is better possible if I became an admin. I want to make the server a better and comfortable place for the players to play and live their best time. I kept helping and guiding the newbies since i am playing on this sever because i feel very nice while doing this. I had played RP and learned from it every second from it and now I want to join the admin team so that I can add some more efforts to enhance the server from the aspect of playing.

   I have good observation skills, Nice communication, Better Understanding the situations and Pretty good at shooting. I am also good at leading the situations like I was high command in the legal orgs. and in the families also where I had been. At last I have good decision making skills.

   I do overthinking a lot, feel difficulty while saying no to people. I am also poor at time management.
