1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans- I want to become an admin because I want to help new players, I want to punish those who do wrong things just to satisfy themselves. I want to make grand rp a better place, I am playing in this server for almost 1 year and now I can say that I know 90 percent of the things.
2.What are your strengths?
Ans - I love to talk to different type of players, by doing this everyone finds me friendly and when they find that I am friendly they never hide anything from me. I am very kind now after playing on this server, I found that you can also handle situations peacefully.
3.What are your weaknesses?
Ans - I don't know how to say 'no' whenever my senior ask for overtime, I can talk to people but I have stage fear and yes I am trying to overcome my fear.
4.What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Ans - I can help admin team in solving various issues because I know so much about the actual rp and the features present in grand Rp, I know almost everything present in grand Rp.

Ans - I am an university student so when my exam schedule comes then I will face difficulty in coming.

I’ve really enjoyed my time in the RP-life, and it's been a great experience building stories and interacting with the community. However, I feel like becoming an admin would allow me to give back in a bigger way. I’ve learned a lot about how the server works and what makes a good RP environment. Being an admin isn’t just about enforcing rules; it’s about helping others have a smooth and enjoyable experience, resolving conflicts fairly, and making sure everyone can enjoy the game the way it's meant to be. I’m ready to take on more responsibility and help the community grow while still being part of the world I’ve come to love.

I’d say my strengths are good communication, problem-solving, and staying fair. I have been part of this project for almost a year and also as an Ex-admin in some other projects, I think that I gained as much experience as possible by joining every single organization whether it is an illegal organization or a legal organization as a high highcommand, and gained as much experience as possible and Finally I have decided to leave this RP life and become an Admin because I have observed many people doing many rule breaks and they also do many things which spoil the RP for many people and don't let other people enjoy the RP life properly that's why I have decided to leave my RP and dive into the Adminship life to reduce the rule breaks made by people and make RP life better as much as possible!

I think I have explored The Major RP in Grand in Both some Legal and Illegal Organizations . Now I would like to become an Admin and explore the Roleplay from an Admin's POV . And I would want to Help other Players especially New Players to get started with Grand Role Play . - What are your strengths ?
- Leadership and Responsibility : I am Capable of Managing a Team and Working with one . I will Easily cooperate with other Admins and Members when working in a Team.
- Problem Solving Abilities : When Facing Critical Situations . I can Carefully Think and Analyse the Situation and keeping myself and other calm and giving a Fair and Effective Solution .
- I always want to do all my jobs and Task in a very Perfect manner . so I will spend Extra Time in Some Areas To be Perfect with the result.
- Inexperience with Certain Tools : I am Not very Much Familiar with Certain Management Tools and server management tools . But , I am a Quick Learner.
- Working in a Team : While Working in a Team . I Have the ability to Lead if I am Fully Aware of the process . And in a Team with other Members I Can Assist Others .
- Critical Thinking : I can Make Correct Decisions Even in an Intense and Critical Situation .
- Knowledge of GRP and Rules : I have Knowledge of all the Rules of Grand RP and GRP Mechanics which will useful .
- Dedication : I Usually am Online For at least 8 hrs a day and can be engaging and available to handle any issues .

Yeah , When Sometimes during My Examinations My Active Timings will be less .
