1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I’ve really enjoyed my time in the RP-life, and it's been a great experience building stories and interacting with the community. However, I feel like becoming an admin would allow me to give back in a bigger way. I’ve learned a lot about how the server works and what makes a good RP environment. Being an admin isn’t just about enforcing rules; it’s about helping others have a smooth and enjoyable experience, resolving conflicts fairly, and making sure everyone can enjoy the game the way it's meant to be. I’m ready to take on more responsibility and help the community grow while still being part of the world I’ve come to love.

2. What are your strengths?
I’d say my strengths are good communication, problem-solving, and staying fair. I’m pretty good at staying calm, even when things get stressful, which helps a lot when dealing with disputes or tough situations. I know the server rules well and try to enforce them in a way that’s clear but also fair to everyone. I’m also approachable, so people feel comfortable coming to me with their issues, and I always do my best to help resolve them in a way that keeps things fun and fair for everyone. Plus, I’m really committed—when I take on something, I make sure to give it my best effort.

I think I can bring a lot of useful skills to the admin team. I’m good at communicating, whether it’s explaining rules or helping people resolve conflicts in a calm and fair way. I have been part of this project for almost a year and also as an Ex-admin in some other projects, I think that I gained as much experience as possible by joining every single organization whether it is an illegal organization or a legal organization as a high highcommand, and gained as much experience as possible and Finally I have decided to leave this RP life and become an Admin because I have observed many people doing many rule breaks and they also do many things which spoil the RP for many people and don't let other people enjoy the RP life properly that's why I have decided to leave my RP and dive into the Adminship life to reduce the rule breaks made by people and make RP life better as much as possible!

What are your strengths?
1) My Greatest Strength is My Calmness. Before Making Any Decision, I carefully understand it and then make my Decision. Also, I always Stand with the Right People and listen to both sides of the situation before providing justice.
2)I am a very very quick learner which makes me an enthusiastic guy which makes it easy to learn and adapt to new things as fast as I can.
3) The fluency I have in English can also be counted as my strength as with the help of it I can easily tell the solution to their problem to people without any problem like a language barrier
4) Being professional in my work and being a good listener are also considered my major strengths.

What are your weaknesses?
1) While explaining something to people I overexplain a few times.
2) While I am experiencing new things in my life I get nervous a bit of time.
The following above I mentioned are my weaknesses and I am working hard to dissolve my weaknesses and in the future, I will definitely take over my weaknesses and become a better person ahead.

What skills can you bring to the admin team?
1) During my RP life, I have observed many admins punishing new players without explaining to them why they got their punishment. However, I have decided that when I become an admin, I will explain their mistake to the new players and give them a warning first without directly punishing them. I will also explain the rule break they made in the hope that they won't do that same kind of rule break in the future.
2) I will try my best to make the RP better which attracts more and more people to join RP life and be a part of it.
3) As a high command rank in every single organization I have joined, I have developed a skill to complete the tasks that are assigned to me with the best output possible within the due date.
