I want to become an Admin and step away from RP-life. While my time in Grand Role Play may be shorter than that of many others, I am eager to explore Grand RP from every possible angle. Frist of all my Prior Experience, I want to be an administrator because I believe I can help the server/city maintain its roleplay integrity. There are a lot of players who don't respect the rules or the hard work that Grand RP has put into its creation. I love, adore, and revere the creation that is Grand RP and want to make sure that people don't take anything away from its amazing form. I want to be an administrator to help people enjoy this beautiful server without interruption from people who only want to troll or cause problems. It has been almost a year since I joined Grand RP, I have enjoyed my time as a player and being in RP and I have learned a lot about the rules. My main goal was someday to become a leader and now I have done so. I have been HC in most organizations and by now I have good knowledge about them all. - I have been playing Grand RP for a long time before I was playing in EN1 for 1Year after I go for EN3 tht also 1Year so I Now came to EN2 City I have experience... So, during this time while playing Grand RP I made numerous friends and got to meet people from different parts of the world. I want to become an admin because of my previous experience in admin and my commitment to improving the RP experience. With many new players joining and the server now peaking around 1,000 players daily, I want to use my spare time to guide them, handle situations with best of fit as I’ve done in the past, remove negativity, and making sure the server remains a fun and enjoyable place for everyone.

Time Management – My timezone allows me to stay in city during and after restart which will help in the team more than anything.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I’ve returned to the city after a year away due to serious health issues. I was previously the leader of the Vagos, but I had to disband the gang due to my situation. Now that I’m back, I want to contribute to the city in a different way by becoming an admin and helping maintain order and support the community. I will be active and will make sure that players enjoy and do RP properly.

- One of my best strengths is my ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Good communication skill
- Additionally, I have a wealth of leadership experience

- Detail Oriented, because whenever I do something I do it with full detailing, passion; which sometime can cause delays in decision-making.

- Leadership Quality as I was the leader of Vagos & Families. I’m also adept at conflict resolution and can work well in a team environment. Additionally, I have more than enough experience to serve as a admin and make the RP better for players
