1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Frist of all my Prior Experience, I want to be an administrator because I believe I can help the server/city maintain its roleplay integrity. There are a lot of players who don't respect the rules or the hard work that Grand RP has put into its creation. I love, adore, and revere the creation that is Grand RP and want to make sure that people don't take anything away from its amazing form. I want to be an administrator to help people enjoy this beautiful server without interruption from people who only want to troll or cause problems. It has been almost a year since I joined Grand RP, I have enjoyed my time as a player and being in RP and I have learned a lot about the rules. My main goal was someday to become a leader and now I have done so. I have been HC in most organizations and by now I have good knowledge about them all. At this point I would like to take on a new challenge and improve myself and help players. Also, my other main goals would be to improve RP and help all players understand and follow the rules better.
2. What are your strengths?
My strengths would be that I am highly motivated and professional. Everything I do is with the highest level of professionalism and no matter what I set out to do I will be determined in ensuring that the correct results and outcomes are achieved.
Good listener. I am very open to understanding a situation but as well as knowing what the rules are to ensure that people feel heard whilst ensuring that they understand where they may have faulted to discourage such behaviours in the future.
I have many strengths: capable of working under stress and taking quick and right decisions, evaluating complex situations, good with documents, punctual, reliable, I work good in teams, and I am good in making connections with people, generally good at multitasking

3. What are your weaknesses?
My greatest weakness is perfectionism. I always tend to ensure that everything has to be done correctly and precisely. Where this could be a strength it is also noted down as a weakness because it can be very time consuming and stressful at the same time.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I have good eye for detail, capable of dealing with complex situations quickly and make good decisions, creative when it comes to solving difficult problems or situations, quick learning of new skills, problem solving and logical thinking, good communication, works good in a team, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

IRL Speaking: I Had a Work Experience at UBISOFT as Senior Administrative Assistant, Bug Hunter, Server Tester and it just have a difference about rules as in the Grand RP, and I feel that the RP does not suit me, Because of my Prior experience, I love too to administrate!!
