1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- My ultimate aims are to become an admin and help my community after reaching all of my objectives in RP life and having experienced all I wanted to. I wish to quit my job and work as an administrator.

I want to be an admin because have gained enough experience on this server and i am familiar with the server rules and regulations and mostly i had been part of all legal and illegal organizations i have seen many beginners been struggling i always think to help the new people and give them some smooth experience i hope you would give me a chance to prove my self.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   Ans : I think I can make a big difference in our community, which is why I want to be an administrator. I enjoy giving guidance and trying my hardest to assist others, and I think that my new position as administrator will allow me to assist even more people. I've learnt a lot from this server throughout the years that I've been using it. My goal is to make sure that everyone who joins feels as pleased and a enjoyfull rp .

   Ans : My ability to pick things up fast and my consistent reporting of players that break server rules are two of my strong points.
3. What are your weaknesses?
   Ans : My greatest weakness, in my opinion, is that I'm probably too honest, which may occasionally work against me since players become irate when you tell them the truth rather than what they want to hear and may act out as a result.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- The day since I am playing RP, I always tried to learn as much as I can about the things and luckily I experienced state and crime orgs very well. I started with the state orgs as a senior patrol officer in LSPD and recently I was Chief of Staff in FIB. Every time I tried to improve my mistakes, work hard and succeed. This happened to me in crime orgs as well. While this I used to do one thing and that this helping and sharing my experiences with the newbies or newcomers and I felt very satisfied while doing this. As this also creates a positive impact on the players. Now I am totally happy and satisfied with my RP life and want to help the community in a different way, basically by becoming an admin. It would be a great opportunity for me if I got this position as I love helping and supporting others.

2. What are your strengths?
- I have good observation skills which helps me avoiding biased decision making, fluent in english speaking. I was an admin before and I acquired good knowlege and skills which I would now like to upgrade and expand.

3. What are your weaknesses?
- I am addicted to the things what I love to do, sometimes I become impatient if I am not getting what I want.

- I can bring a skill of better understanding of someone's POV in a situation. This will help in increasing correct punishments to the players.
