   Ans:I have already achieved most of my goals in my entire role-playing life. I began my journey in legal organizations with NG. Over time, I became the High Command of NG. After leaving NG, I joined LSPD, SAHP, FIB, LI, EMS, and GOV. In these organizations, I served the citizens of Los Santos. I was the High Command] of all of these organizations. Now that I have accomplished all of my targets, I believe I can be an administrator and support all players with the knowledge I gained from these organizations.

   Ans: I have been playing Grand RP for so much time ( EN2 + EN3) I think I have experience which a RP player need. Now I am tired of doing role play and want to become the part of admin team. I have the most of my experience form EN3 but also have experience in EN2 and I want to start my new journey in EN2 as and admin. I have all the experience of criminal ORGs and State ORGs. I will make sure players are following server rules and ensure everyone is being treated with respect and fairly. Being an Admin ensures big roles and responsibilities and I think I am ready to take on this and also I want to support players to ensure to that they are having fun playing in the server.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? - I had a wonderful RP life where i gained a lot of knowledge about the server and had a lot of fun throughout my journey of 40 years in city. Now i feel like i can take my knowledge of the server and the rules to help other players and make their RP life better. I feel this city has given me a lot of joyous moments as an RP player and now its my time to contribute in the betterment of the city.
2. What are your strengths? - My main strengths i feel are that i take unbiased decisions in every situation, i am calm under any kind of situation and i dont let my emotions get the better of me. My strengths also include my knowledge of the server which i have gained in my RP life and also in the forum.
3. What are your weaknesses? - The only weakness i would say is sometimes i might take some extra time to review and understand a situation, because i hate being wrong or making mistakes and i prefer to be a perfectionist at whatever i do.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team? - With me i bring a calm mind and a cool head to take the correct decisions , also i bring with me the ability to judge situations without being hasty. A very rare quality that i bring is to keep my ego aside when i am working and always be ready to learn and improve myself with the help of my peers.

Ans:- By becoming an admin I want to help people in the whole city, if they have any problem in game then I will be ready to solve their problem and by becoming an admin I also get a new experience and I have to leave RP life because I want to be an administrator, if there is any problem in the city, I will be the administrator to solve it. I have been in legal org and also in illegal org I have experience in both.
