1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? - I had a wonderful RP life where i gained a lot of knowledge about the server and had a lot of fun throughout my journey of 40 years in city. Now i feel like i can take my knowledge of the server and the rules to help other players and make their RP life better. I feel this city has given me a lot of joyous moments as an RP player and now its my time to contribute in the betterment of the city.
2. What are your strengths? - My main strengths i feel are that i take unbiased decisions in every situation, i am calm under any kind of situation and i dont let my emotions get the better of me. My strengths also include my knowledge of the server which i have gained in my RP life and also in the forum.

   I want to become Admin Bec I have played a lot of Rp so I am bored with RP life now I want to be Admin and serve the city with my admin duties I always try to help peoples as a normal RP citizen but now as an admin I will help them as Super Citizen as an Admin and let them think out of the box! and help them a lot in many ways as a will allowed!

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I honestly do not want to entirely leave RP. I would still like to do EMS or some other state job even LifeInvader. One of the reasons I would like to be a mod is because I very much believe in rules. I have been VDM'd/ RDM'd/ and CR'd almost daily in city, almost constantly. I don't take it personally, but I would actively like to watch the city to try to clean up some of the rule breaking. Also, in real life in a highschool teacher, so I work with young people all the time. I know how to be fair yet communicate my expectations... in this case, I would be communicating the server's behavior expectations.
2. What are your strengths? I am honest, thoughtful, and care about the RP experience. I want to be active and help this community.
3. What are your weaknesses? I am not fast with all RP aspects. I never actually played GTA 5 the game, I learned the game through FIVEM RP servers, and switched here cause I liked it better. I have not been on this server as long as I was in FIVEM, spent half a year on an Australian server doing EMS.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team? I am educated, articulate, I already do a real life modding-teacher job (lol) in a school of 800. I also have a Master's in Leadership, and I'm a licensed as a Principal. I am really into different cultures and languages, so this is very good environment for me.
