- I want to help wounded people, I want to do my best to get people back on their feet.
- I am ready to put in the maximum effort to ensure that EMS is an organization that is constantly improving and adapting to new challenges.
- EMS plays a key role in protecting health in Los Santos, and my goal is to ensure that all citizens, regardless of where they live, have access to timely and quality emergency care.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Roleplay should involve all members of the EMS team, including the drivers and the hospital. Each role must be clearly defined and all members must know what is expected of them at all times. This enables better coordination and preparation for interventions, where each member has their own specific task, but everyone works together as a team.
- Organizing regular trainings and simulations: In order for our team to be as prepared as possible, I suggest organizing weekly training for all members, including simulations of real emergency situations. This would help improve coordination within the team and provide better medical care to users.
- I would do recruitment 3-4 times a week, and the applications would also be constantly active.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?


2.1) I have been in EMS in total of 5 terms under renowned people like Viking Shloke, Viking Shikamaru, Prince Gupta, Viking Nawab, Alexa Blooms and I have gathered much knowledge on the working of EMS. I am currently working as HOAS (Head of Ambulance Services) and I have spent a lot of time with newcomers (trainees), so I know the main issues or problems that are faced by new joiners and this way I will encourage them to work harder.

2.2) I will use my experiences which I have acquired during Field Training Officer (FTO) and I will be making a team of efficient high commands who will be much more humble and provide a friendly ambience to the junior officers by guiding them through their mistakes.

2.3) As a leader I will make sure both the Hospital Lobbies be covered in Day/Night Shifts and I will also make sure that the Lab stocks must always remain high by hosting weekly events for Lab Departments so that more units switch to Labs.

2.4) I Shall also be taking care of State Calls or Events(ACC, Bank Protection, 10-60 situations) as my first priority of being a Chief.

2.5) I will issuing bonuses and Promotions of employees based on their needs in the city rather that only meeting the promotion requirements.




3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the Organization?

3.1) Firstly I will emphasize more on recruiting employees for the Night shifts along with all time zones so that the lobbies must be covered 24/7.

3.2) I will encourage more employees and also train them to do RP actions(MRI, X-RAY) and surgeries related to EMS and this will result in increase of professionalism.

3.3) I will also assign more units on calls so that the citizens get fast medical aid and this will enable better roleplay. And since the percentage of AMV (armored vest) has been lowered to 75% so more units would take up willingly to the AS department.

3.4) I will also advice the High commands to take the state calls seriously and also sometimes lead the junior doctors/employees for health check up inspections of every Legal Organizations probably every week to keep our city disease free and full of immune officers.

3.5) I will try my best to connect with every employee of EMS and make sure no one gets treated badly and if they are satisfied then a high level of roleplay will be maintained easily.

I being in many organizations as high command of orgs like NG - ASSISTANT GENERAL , LSPD : ACP OF HR , FIB : COS OF HR , AND MANY MORE. 1. When someone calls for an ambulance, I will concentrate on the AS Department to make sure the medical personnel shows up on time and attends to their needs.

2. Senior High Commands will organize frequently training sessions to help staff members develop their skills and knowledge.

3. Only those who have been putting in a lot of energy for the organization or who genuinely deserve it will be offered the promotion

Ans 2.1 I take as a part of ORG leader would like to implement my techniques on all my members to help this city grow and make sure that they don't break any rules to prevent warnings from being given to the organization. I see many people in different organizations not working good and I want to make sure that my ORG members do work properly and most importantly follows the rules.

2.2 I think i have good leadership qualities. When speaking on leadership a few things have to come into and that's communication, personality management, humility, patience and open mindedness. So being the leader of EMS wouldn't be overwhelming as I'm use to dealing with a lot of people.

1. I had a great time during my four terms with EMS. I have been a dedicated employee during my whole EMS career, from trainee to head of training, and I will remain so. When do I expect the role of EMS Chief?

2. I believe that being a good employee makes you a good leader. Positive relationships with the workforce, in my opinion, will contribute to EMS's bright future and elevate the organization to new heights.

3. I will make sure that no one is under pressure to do their job during my time, and that no one provokes impact between the workers and the leader.

1:When someone calls for an ambulance, I will focus on the AS Department to make sure the medical personnel shows up on time and treat them.

2: To those who can manage it, I will assign FTO, DOT, HOT, and DCOT. In order to prevent errors in role-playing scenarios and to ensure that staff members acquire as much knowledge as possible about EMS, I will also ensure that they receive the best training available.

3: I believe I will also hire people for the night shift and establish a specialized team for night lobbies to make sure that lobbies are covered and that residents don't encounter any problems at night.

4: Only those who have been putting in a lot of effort for the organization or who really deserve it will be proposed the promotion.

2.1) I have been in EMS in total of 5 terms under renowned people like Viking Shloke, Viking Shikamaru, Prince Gupta, Viking Nawab, Alexa Blooms and I have gathered much knowledge on the working of EMS. I am currently working as DOAS (Dean of Ambulance Services) and I have spent a lot of time with newcomers (trainees), so I know the main issues or problems that are faced by new joiners and this way I will encourage them to work harder.

2.2) I will use my experiences which I have acquired during Field Training Officer (FTO) and I will be making a team of efficient high commands who will be much more humble and provide a friendly ambience to the junior officers by guiding them through their mistakes.

2.3) As a leader I will make sure both the Hospital Lobbies be covered in Day/Night Shifts and I will also make sure that the Lab stocks must always remain high by hosting weekly events for Lab Departments so that more units switch to Labs.

2.4) I Shall also be taking care of State Calls or Events(ACC, Bank Protection, 10-60 situations) as my first priority of being a Chief.

2.5) I will issuing bonuses and Promotions of employees based on their needs in the city rather that only meeting the promotion requirements.




3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the Organization?

3.1) Firstly I will emphasize more on recruiting employees for the Night shifts along with all time zones so that the lobbies must be covered 24/7.

3.2) I will encourage more employees and also train them to do RP actions(MRI, X-RAY) and surgeries related to EMS and this will result in increase of professionalism.

3.3) I will also assign more units on calls so that the citizens get fast medical aid and this will enable better roleplay. And since the percentage of AMV (armored vest) has been lowered to 75% so more units would take up willingly to the AS department.

3.4) I will also advice the High commands to take the state calls seriously and also sometimes lead the junior doctors/employees for health check up inspections of every Legal Organizations probably every week to keep our city disease free and full of immune officers.

3.5) I will try my best to connect with every employee of EMS and make sure no one gets treated badly and if they are satisfied then a high level of roleplay will be maintained easily.

The EMS could do rp more when it comes to assisting with medical care on the side of the road by communicating more with the injured or even the family or friend next to them. Also by have an email in place that shows us activation of /me turning on body cam. They could also use the radio by communicating with others in the hospital lobbies and telling them of the happy or sad moment they just dealt with while healing a patient. We have SO much potential to make the EMS fuller of rp.

2.1 I have been in EMS from Past 5 to 6 terms. I have work in different post like DOMD, HOMD, DCMD, DCOS and Deputy Chief so i have good knowledge of EMS and now i am ready to move forward for a leadership and i want to use my leadership skill in EMS.

2.2 As i have been in EMS for so long i have observed few things which hinder the progress of EMS such as not having enough night shift employees.

2.3 And i also observed that whenever i die most of the times there is no ambulance to patch so with my experience and knowledge i will work out from those problems.

2.4 If i get the leadership i will take the best team of HC who are well knowledge and experience in EMS and they will put their best to make the EMS better.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 My first aim is to hire peoples from different time zone so the lobby should be covered 24/7 .
3.2 I will make a separate department for HR so hiring and training work will be easy and faster so due to this i will have work force in large number and will try to cover lobby 24/7.
3.3 I will never tolerate any employees who is having toxic behaviour and trying to ruined the environment in EMS.
3.4 I will hire extra peoples for AS and ARD department so the citizen who die on street can get medical attention.
3.5 I will announce giveaway for different department so employees will feel motivate and trying to earn more by participating in giveaway.

1) An active EMS : I want to improve the EMS and make it more better as i been in city for 2 years and have past experience of all org and ems i have seen That Ems is lacking in other Department such as AS department and i would like to make it active and Really working so RP in city can improve

And for hostages we will personally check the condition of the hostage that they are injured and we will attend all the negotiation and we will also put our points about the hostage's health.

3) EMS Attorney : In EMS we will hire an attorney who will stay in EMS and if in future any kind of case file happened to me and if our employees were in custody the attorney will come and handle all the situation. it happened many times that EMS employees where in custody and no one came to help them and from EMS attorney will come to save them.

4) Recruitment and Training : We will also conduct open hiring if we feel that we are not that active I will do a state wave to attract citizens to join EMS and we will hire active and experienced people to give training and I will make sure that training will also help them in future.
