2.1
I have been in EMS for a long time, and when I joined Grand Roleplay, I gained a lot of knowledge and experience from EMS. If you check my history, you will see that I have served many terms and witnessed numerous changes in EMS.

2.2 Currently, I am in the EMS organization as an FTO rank. I had left EMS many times due to joining other organizations and not dedicating much time to it. However, now I am focusing most of my time on EMS, and my previous rank was HOT (Head of Training).

2.3 I will mainly focus on Day Shift and Night Shift employees because sometimes employees are not available on time. That's why I hired employees for both night and day shifts.

2.4 I will be moderating every staff member and taking weekly reports and meetings to review what has been done during the week. If I see any staff member who has not worked for a week, I will take immediate action.

2.5 I will conduct two global events weekly for EMS staff to complete their weekly work and enjoy the event.

2.6 I am good at decision-making and time management. Sometimes, we face situations where we have to make difficult decisions.

2.7 I will teach like i will give my some skills to our employees because all member have knowledge about EMS.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1
My main focus is on the Training Department, especially the FTOs, because new members are often confused about the codes and processes. I will maintain 5-6 FTOs to ensure that new members receive training quickly.

3.2 In the ARD (Air Rescue Department), I will implement changes so that ARD Officers handle tasks like the lobby and labs, but do not respond to ground service calls in ambulance vehicles. They will only respond to NAN calls using helicopters.

3.3 In the Lab Department, staff will work only in the labs—no lobby or calls. The tasks include capturing and medruns, as well as fulfilling orders for other organizations. If MD department staff is unavailable at that time, we can call the Lab Department to handle the lobby.

3.4 The Medical Department is responsible for covering the lobby and responding to calls. If both lobbies are covered, staff will have two options: the first priority is handling calls, and the second is assisting in the labs.

I Have Some Past experience in EMS But I have Saw so Many problems with that so i wanna solve those problems by being the Leader Of EMS and also will try to make Ems more active.
2.2 i would like to be the leader of EMS because We can do many good things like Alaways make ready a person for lobby for our patients who is serving them with a smile,and also a person for calls who is willing to RP no matter the situation they aren't allowed.
2.3 We can slove many problems and somethings with in the organization that can be improved.

3.1
While wearing EMS Uniforum whatever you are do has to be RP.
3.2 We have to give training for anyone who is doing Calls or lobby making sure they are doing RP properly
3.3 Making a RP scene to test what they doing if some is in need of surgery or anything in those general areas.

3.5 Beneficial and profitable bonuses to the employees for maintaining high level of activity in organization with worth the effort of promotions leading them for higher positions in organization as well

2.Why do you wish to become the leader of this particular organization?


1. I've had four terms of EMS, and I had a terrific experience. Throughout my whole EMS career, from trainee to head of training, I have been a committed employee, and I will continue to be so. When will I take over as EMS Chief?

2. Being a good employee leads to being a good leader, in my opinion. I think that having a positive relationship with the staff will make EMS's future bright, and this bond will carry the term to the next level.

3. During my term, I will ensure that no one is under pressure to perform their job and that no one incites conflict between the leader and the workforce.


3. Your recommendation about enhancing Role-play level in the organization:

1:I will focus on the AS Department to ensure that the medical staff arrives promptly and provides care whenever a person asks for an ambulance.

2: I'll assign FTO, DOT, HOT, and DCOT to those who can handle it. I'll also make sure that staff receive the greatest training possible so they don't make any mistakes in role-playing situations and to gain the most information possible for EMS.

3: In order to ensure that lobbies are covered and that residents do not experience any issues at night, I think I will also hire workers for the night shift and create a dedicated team for night lobbies.

4: Regarding the promotion, only those who truly deserve it or who have been working hard for the company will be given it.

5: During my term, there will be no misuse of power or favoritism.

6: I'll make sure that every log is accurately filled out in order to maintain a high quality of roleplay.

2.1
I am in the EMS from last 4 terms and I have a depth knowledge of the everything in EMS.

2.2 I am committed to an environment in which the team works collaboratively and co-operatively. I will encourage team members to provide active participation and teamwork. In the process, I hope it enhances the performance of EMS.

2.3 In my opinion, I have mastery over decision-making as I always come up with quick redressal of every problem which I have unearthed from my experience. As a leader I will deftly assign roles to proficient employees to achieve my organisational goals.

2.4 As a EMS leader, I will make sure that no high command will ever abuse their power and will lead from the front and keep training the new employees without any personal gain. I will also make sure to maintain a healthy and calm environment in the EMS which will be better for the citizen who will come to us.

2.5 I will make sure that no one should get pressurized for work while being in my Term , Will make sure that no one creates tension between the employees and the leader.

3.1
I will personally address each and every employee in EMS and encourage them to do their work with great responsibility and to make sure that every citizen who comes to EMS is completely satisfied and happy with their treatment.

3.2 I will keep my high commands on reserve to quickly respond to all the state request and state calls. We will give our 100% participation in interaction with state organizations.

3.3 I will hire new employees and I will focus on their time zone so that both the lobbies remain covered everytime.

3.4 I will provide proper training to all my new employees by my experience FTO to be disciplined towards EMS.

3.5 I will make sure that whenever a citizen calls an ambulance , So the medical team should be there on time and gives the treatment , I will make focus on the AS Department for it.
