(i) I wanna become leader of Ballas because I have to much experience in Illegal organization I have a lot of experience and if I will be a leader of Ballas will be most active gang in city we will try our best to become a stronger and richest gang in city and I have good leading skills and I will tech my lower ranks all the rules

(ii) Most of the guys will do favoritism but If I will be a leader I will give ranks according to their experience and tech them them rules I will do maximum Hostage Situation,Store Robberry, Highway Robbery, Ghetto Clapping and so on leos will think 100 times to responding our situation

(iii) I am committed to do 100 Percent Turf and I will rule the Ghetto and all other gangs will fear of us to entering in Ghetto and I will do maximum Truck theft to fill my warehouse and I will provide very good bonuses I will make leos fear of the name of Ballas

• I have the best High Commands who can handle the day and night time events I will make the Ballas most dangerous gang in city
•I will improve the Rp in the situations and I will make best High Commands who can manage the events very well
• I will paint the whole Ghetto and we gonna make the whole ghetto active and most dangerous
• We will do unlimited Hostage Situation and Highway Robbery which shows the gang activity

2.1 I want to be leader of ballas because in my opinion I think ballas is one of the best gangs in the city if not the best and without it the city doesn't feel active as it is used to be and the there purple colour is unique as well.

2.2 I think I can lead ballas because I was 2 times deputy in marabunta and I think I have gained enough experience to be a leader and lead ballas with all the experience I got from the leaders and the other deputies

2.3 lastly I know that I can lead ballas and make it the best there will ever be and I will make all the leos fear it and know that ballas is a power that you don't mess with

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 I will make sure to attend every event and make sure to do my daily requirements and make my curators happy with my activity

3.2 I will make more hostage situations and make ballas more active then any other terms

3.3 I will make more fz raids and more store robberies and interact more with leos to improve the rp between gangs and leos

3.4 I will attend every clands and make sure that we always win it and clap other gangs in clands

3.5 I will make ballas be the best gang in ghetto and make it active and take all the sprays and we will make other gangs be scared of ghetto

3.6 I will make sure that there is no toxicity in ballas and I won't tolerate any toxicity between ballas and the other orgs

The primary reason I want to lead the Ballas Gang is that it is the most organized gang among all of them, has the best headquarters for Solar Plantation, which will enable me to offer my gang members large bonuses, and was the first organization I joined after coming to the city, where I was taught all the rules and responsibilities.
b. I have been the leader of Marabunta gang and have been the deputy of gangs 3 times, and i have been Deputy chief of police (LSPD) so i know how to maintain a high level of rp, so I think I have enough experience to run a successful gang term.
c. Ballas is my favourite gang since I joined this city because this was the gang where I learned all the rules and now I want to spread the terror of ballas in ghetto.
d. I've been a deputy many times in both the state and the gang, so I have a lot of friends who will come to my term and help me make it the best one ever. Some of my friends also run big families, so all of their members will also come.
e. As i have been in gang for a long time and experienced after becoming the leader that i need to regular activity so that the gang member be engaged and don't get bored of the gang.
f. I will create a friendly environment inside my gang and treat every member as if they were family, ensuring that there is no toxicity or disagreement amongst them.

b. I will do store robbery and hostage situations on regular basis so all the gang members will be engaged in gang and will not get bored.

c. I'll make sure the ghetto isn't calm or safe throughout my term. I shall revive the ghetto's terror during my term.

d. I plan to achieve 100% turf during my time, and I have a turf staff ready to help me do so.

e. I intend to finish my term with the least amount of Warnings and Verbals.

-: I want to become leader of ballas coz i have enough experience to become leader of gang and also i like the HQ of ballas and in the history of grand rp ballas is always the most active and dominating org. in past and i will make sure for future also.

. -: I saw most of gangs are not active in night i will make at least 1 deputy for better activity while night so that we can attend car theft and do other activity. having great deputy's is also important for a successful and rememberable term. not only great deputy's every 14 rank guys also have to consistent and responsible to attend every event. I will make sure about what I said before.

-: We will do activity as much as possible, as we can see nowadays gang are not active that much that they are before they are just however completing their weakly task hardly as a gang they should be more active every day minimum 2+ store rob, every fz is ours in whole day, ghetto clap 24/7, max clands and dominate city. = Improving role advice in org. is doing more hostage situation so that we can connect with leos and engage with rp process for improving rp use /me /try /do /todo is help us to improve rp in every situation.
= I’ll improve rp in organizations by hosting events and will try something new in Hostage situations like I’ll try to take 2 state leaders as a hostage in Hq and will call Li to cover that news that Ballas dominating Los Santos with this newbies will get to know about more RP & ill also try to make most unique situations to make better experience in RP.
= bonus is what everyone want so we have to give more bonus then other so that every member will attract to ballas only.
