After entering this state, my path led me into the criminal circles of Los Santos Vagos, where I led many hungry gangsters. I have been able to gain a lot of human and organizational experience, especially what it means to take responsibility and look after your members, because every single one counts!

I have already gained some experience in a gang during my time in the state and would like to take the chance to experience what it is like to lead a gang again.
In addition, my long time playing on Server EN02 has given me a lot of experience in roleplay and knowledge of the rules.
I am also distinguished by the fact that I have always been the contact person for the other gangs and state organizations and have usually been able to counteract internal problems and conflicts well.
I also want to achieve a lot with the Ballas. My goal is to revive Los Santos Vagos with strength and presence in events such as the ghetto and to assert myself with unique goals in the areas of crime and show what impact and power an organization can have in the right hands!

3. What suggestions does your organization have for improving roleplay, what goal are you striving for?
My priority is that we make a name for ourselves in the city. To do this, we will involve all state organizations and take RP-promoting measures that will be remembered...
We also want to show our presence at events and assert ourselves against other gangs, which means regular spray and rob activities, sea combat, cland and of course the events against the state organization such as informant/car theft, submarine, shop robbery, weapons convoy, money transport and raid (black market and HQ).
Every member should be treated with respect and be of equal value. Likewise, every member of East Side Ballas should be ready to do anything for everyone in the gang.

A. Enforce Hierarchy & RP Ranks

- Real ranks: Prospect, Shooter, OG, Underboss—every level matters.
- Promotions based on actual roleplay and contribution, not just time served.
- This isn’t some participation trophy gang. You gotta earn your colors, and when you do, it means something.
- Forget standing around the hood doing nothing.
- I’m talking about:
- Hood meetings with real decisions and secrets
- Street races for respect
- Drive-by training to sharpen skills
- Turf wars that actually feel dangerous
- These events will keep things fresh, keep the crew tight, and make sure nobody’s bored.
- I want to see real stories unfold.
- Members develop their own backstories, rivalries, even secret alliances or vendettas
- Encouragement for wild ideas, emotional moments, and unique personalities

1.Leader of East Side Ballas.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1)The first reason for me to become the leader of Ballas is that when I was new in the city I joined the gang as usually all new people do, and my first gang was also Ballas, so Ballas taught me a lot, told me the real meaning of roleplay, after Ballas I also joined other illegal organizations like Bloods, Families, Vagos, Marabunta but there is no such thing as Ballas in any other illegal organization, its base is also very big and Ballas comes on top in the gangs
2.2)My second reason for making Ballas the reason is that Ballas comes on top among all the gangs, but I am noticing this on certain terms. Now Ballas is not as active and dominating gang as before. Nowadays no one is scared of Ballas. They think what will Ballas do. I have to end this thing. In my terms, I will keep the best turfurs, best HCS and best deputies who will help me in doing this.
2.3)My third reason for becoming the leader of Ballas is that I have noticed that there is a lot of favouritism in every gang due to which the terms of the guys are not getting completed properly and they have to face a lot of warnings because their HCs and deputies do not know anything about the rules. I will take full care that such mistakes are not made in my term and will also teach the rules to all the new guys so that they do not face any problems and they do not get any punishment in future for breaking the rules.i will also make a deputy who will stay active at nigth bcoz of that people will also fear to travel from ghetto at night
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1)Improving role advice in org. is doing more hostage situation so that we can connect with leos and engage with rp process for improving rp use /me /try /do /todo is help us to improve rp in every situation.
I’ll improve rp in organizations by hosting events and will try something new in Hostage situations like I’ll try to take 2 state leaders as a hostage in Hq and will call Li to cover that news that Ballas dominating Los Santos with this newbies will get to know about more RP & ill also try to make most unique situations to make better experience in RP.Bonus is what everyone want so we have to give more bonus then other so that every member will attract to ballas only.

(i) I have been in the gangs from a long time and gained experience of a highcommand and a deputy and i know how the events are to be done in the proper rp manner, that's why i think that i can complete a successful gang term.
(ii) Being in gangs i have seen that gangs are not active in night, which makes ghetto a safe place for people and they roam in ghetto as its park but as ballas is most terrifying gang. I will make sure that the gang remains as same active as it is in day. For that i will make a night deputy who will handle this.
(iii) Ballas was my first gang which i joined and only in that gang i got to know about rules and how deadly gang is ballas is, its HQ also have its own benefit as it is biggest hq we can plant solar for extra income or cannabis too. With this i will provide good bonuses to engage more people and make my gang active the most.

1.) I will make a team to do grafitties and get max profit from it.
2.) I will hire good deputys and 14th rankers which can teach the newbies and help them grow.
3.) I have seen that people dont use rp commands like /me /do /try i will make sure that in my term every one use it properly.
4.) I will spread terror of Ballas that LEOs cant even enter ghetto for their ghetto petrols.

(i) I Wanna be the Leader of Ballas as its the most Dangerous gang in city as much as i observed but i saw like due to some past leaders ballas is loosing its identity because past leaders was not able to make ballas that much active and as People join ballas on their own so we need a person who can handle that much people and i have very good leadership skill so i can do that easily
(ii) So Ballas HQ is in the Main Ghetto and here People fight too much so people who join ballas gets trained and Knows how to do everrything but its a bit hard for New Gangsters to learn basics of City here and i will Help in that as i will be Taking a short interview to hire and then Train them to do Criminal Activities like Robbing, Kidnapping & Stealing Cars..
(iii) Lastly i am applying for leadership as i have very good hold on Server Rules from Basic to Advance as i have read each-every rule in Depth and i usually watch forums and their results to gain more knowledge so i can Take the Term -- Make it Active -- Complete it Easily without breaking any sort of server Rules. Also i do have Good experience in gang side and state side as well which will help me in running the term Smoothly..

(iv) I have an Idea in mind which i will test if i get the term as in First 2 weeks i will observe the person doing good activity -- take his interview -- Give him deputy rank if he is capable of it, this will make people think if he can do this than i can also..
(v) Personally teaching people how to rob, kidnap, Steal cars etc.
(vi) Doing more and more Events like Store robberies & Hostage situations as this will show Activity to City people and they will join.
