2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1
EMS is one of the Most important organization as It supports police/army them with good health/medkits/curing diseases as well as for citizens providing and curing diseases so that the city stays healthy. EMS is kind of center of the city and a very peaceful organization which gives me the motivation to work in EMS. Helping and supporting the other org and citizens of city is an important task and I would like to do this work.

2.2- Being Leader of EMS I want to be the one coordinating our team's efforts, ensuring that every citizen in need receives timely and effective medical assistance. As the head of EMS, I possess the capabilities to make everyone healthy with ambulances at their doorstep within seconds. By maintaining high standards and guiding them by illustrating them different good examples of our previous leaders who took different terms demonstrating them and informing them to continue the legacy of EMS.

2.3- I got enough knowledge to run a term without any problem as I have worked in all departments starting from the suspended and became HC of EMS. I know the processes and requirements needed to become a leader controlling and maintaining a high level of roleplay is mandatory for everyone. I could help maintain the high level of roleplay under my leadership , being the leader of EMS requires quick thinking and decisive action.


(3) Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the organization.

3.1-
I will make sure that there's no corruption going on and hire the best and good people who really wanna help the city

3.2- I will Develop New procedures for training EMS employees to follow during emergencies. This can include them being cautious all lives as teaching them all the different scenarios that could happen and how to respond in that very particular situation while following proper methods of healing them/ patching them.

2.1 I have been working in EMS from past 2 terms. In these 2-3 Months i have gained a lot of knowledge regarding EMS.

2.2 My journey was started from a trainee to a head of department I achieved this rank by giving my best and in this journey, I faced many challenges, and I solved every challenge which I faced and gained an excellent knowledge which can lead EMS to a perfect path.

2.3 I want to use my knowledge which I gained and try to solve problems which arise with in EMS.

3. What efforts will you take to raise the level of RP in EMS?

3.1 I ensure that all the employees will get their bonus on time.

3.2 I ensure that nepotism will not happen, and the promotions will be given only on the hard work he/she did.

3.3 I ensure that I will be friendly will all my employees and no toxicity will be held in Ems.

I have served as the Dean of MD, where I ensure to be responsible for overseeing training staff development, and ensuring high standards of medical care.

3.1: A Good Leadership can make an organization better with he/his employees.

3.2: Teams or Units for An Organization for example In EMS we make a group on departments what they have to do (lobbies and Calls High Commands) have to make sure that they have to make employees work so nothing gets empty.

3.3: My other advice for improving Roleplay in Organization on Manners, behaviors, good citizen can make as a Leader or As Citizen
in any organization.

2.1 Acting as the Chief of EMS will be an great chance of opportunity to make and prove my leadership abilities with experiencing a well known experience in legal organizations has acquired me a good knowledge regarding handling and managing the organization in manner of workspace and activeness within the whole city as well.

3.3 Settling up the operations in state for citizens or with organizations to keep well and good relations with each others by having health care checkups and job fairs (with help of governor) to increase influence of EMS in whole city

3.4 Having no tolerance in favoritism in organization for anyone and avoiding this will give everyone a fair and valid chance in organization to show their abilities and skills towards the organization which eventually will increase organizations activity.

2.1) I have been in EMS in total of 9 terms under leaders like Cosmic Hayes, Viking Shloke, Prince Gupta, Alexa Blooms and I have gathered much knowledge on the working of EMS. I have even served as Deputy Chief of Cosmic Hayes Term.

2.2) I will use my experiences which I have acquired during Field Training Officer (FTO) and I will be making a team of efficient high commands who will be much more humble and provide a friendly ambience to the junior officers by guiding them through their mistakes and not by just issuing a strike or verbal.

2.3) As a Deputy leader, I had ensured both Hospital Lobbies are staffed for Day and Night shifts, and also keep Lab stocks high by hosting weekly Lab events to encourage more units to join.

2.4) I Shall also be taking care of State Calls or Events(ACC, Bank Protection, 10-60 situations) as my first priority of being a Chief.

2.5) I will devise some new requirements for promotion and devise a new bonus system in order to keep my fellow mates focussed on working of EMS.


3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the Organization?

3.1) Firstly I will emphasize more on recruiting employees for the Night shifts along with all time zones so that the lobbies must be covered 24/7.

3.2) I will encourage more employees and also train them to do RP actions(MRI, X-RAY) and surgeries related to EMS and this will result in increase of professionalism. And will also make sure all employees who are qualified for HC must learn how to perform surgery.

3.3) I have seen the shortage of employees going on calls so I will host events in calls so that the employees on their own volition take up calls and the citizens get fast medical aid and this will enable better roleplay. And since the percentage of AMV (armored vest) has been lowered to 70% so more units would take up willingly to the AS department.

3.4) I will also advice the High commands to take the state calls seriously and also sometimes take junior doctors/employees and they will eventually learn of how the health check up inspections of every Legal Organizations are done to keep our city disease free and full of immune officers.

3.5) I will try my best to connect with every employee of EMS and make sure no one gets treated badly and if they are satisfied then a high level of roleplay will be maintained easily.
