I have been in gangs,private organisations,legal organisations and now I possess good knowledge. and now I feel that I have gathered much knowledge and leave my RP life to step up as administrator to help the people in city. While Enjoying my RP life I learned its rules and used my experience to help out a lot of people. So I believe I can give greater support to the RP community by helping them out if I do get the chance. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?
I’ve been enjoying RP life for a long time, in another RP serveurs but now I want to help improve the Grand Rp server and make the community better cuz i love this project. Its been 3 years playing in this project as a player. i recently got a trophy "You have been with us for 3 years!" as well. After Spending this much time in all EN Servers i think i saw every aspect of rp as a player. 1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I personally have experienced every sector of this city at this point after working in another city for almost a year and shifting to this one i feel like am ready to be a admin and contributing to a project that i have played for more than a year i have experienced every organization have gained experience still need more experience and will be a wonderful and helpful admin with answering all questions anyone asks , i feel like i would rather help new comers now rather than grinding everything again in a whole new city, hope you see this as a good cause.

2. What are your strengths?
I am all about teamwork and strength we can work better as a group

3. What are your weaknesses?
when people try to purposly annoy me or overwhelm me by continously shouting i kinda panick when it comes to that other than that i kinda hesitate when i have to do stuff for the first time, second time i ace it so yeah.

4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
my activity , skills, coordination and support , i come at a time when most admins are not available which is around 6 am in city till 18:30 mostly sometimes 17
soo my activity can be a + point , i like to work with higher ups alott makes me learn alott of stuff.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

i. well I've played on this server for 1 and Half years in EN 1 now and I've done so i would like to apply for admin application in EN2, much in this server with so many fine people and i think its time to move up to help the people who need an admin that can help them in any way.

2. What are your strengths?

i. Im a fast learner.
ii. I can make good decisions during a bad situation between 2 parties
iii. I've played on this server for 1 and half consecutive years so i got a good understanding of how the server and its system works.

i. I can be a forgiving person even if i shouldn't be one in certain situations.

i. Ans- I am Doing RP from a long time and i gained knowledge about the Rules & Regulation in both legal and illegal Organization . i have become leader of Crime org 2 times as well as high command of both legal and crime orgs. So

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I have enjoyed my time in RP life and it has taught me a lot of things. I have learned the servers rules and how to maintain RP between players. I realized that mostly I enjoy by helping other players and I wanna help the community in a better way by stepping up as admin to maintain the fairness of roleplay and also solve problems and help new players have a positive RP experience and hence I am ready to step back from regular RP life so I can focus fully on maintaining the quality and integrity of the city.

Fast learning skills which I can use to help people more in future.
Good Communication Skills will help me to interact with people and make them understand in a faster way.
