1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?
   I’ve been enjoying RP life for a long time, in another RP serveurs but now I want to help improve the Grand Rp server and make the community better cuz i love this project. I’ve seen both good and bad sides of RP, and I believe I can help new players, solve issues faster, and make sure everyone enjoys fair and realistic roleplay. Becoming an admin feels like the next step to support the city that gave me a lot of fun moments.

   I’m patient and active and fair when it comes to solving problems. I know how to communicate clearly with players and calm down situations before they get worse. I’m also organized and can handle reports professionally.

   Its been 3 years playing in this project as a player. i recently got a trophy "You have been with us for 3 years!" as well. After Spending this much time in all EN Servers i think i saw every aspect of rp as a player. 1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

i. well I've played on this server for 1 and Half years in EN 1 now and I've done so i would like to apply for admin application in EN2, much in this server with so many fine people and i think its time to move up to help the people who need an admin that can help them in any way.

2. What are your strengths?

i. Im a fast learner.
ii. I can make good decisions during a bad situation between 2 parties
iii. I've played on this server for 1 and half consecutive years so i got a good understanding of how the server and its system works.

3. What are your weaknesses?

i. I can be a forgiving person even if i shouldn't be one in certain situations.

4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?

i. Even if my friends & family get themselves in trouble im not gonna give them special treatment just because they're my buddies. they deserve the same punishment's as everybody else. i like doing events to bring the community together for a fun time and to build a good relationship with the people in the The Nexus family and i wish to bring that to the admin team.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I have enjoyed my time in RP life and it has taught me a lot of things. I have learned the servers rules and how to maintain RP between players. I realized that mostly I enjoy by helping other players and I wanna help the community in a better way by stepping up as admin to maintain the fairness of roleplay and also solve problems and help new players have a positive RP experience and hence I am ready to step back from regular RP life so I can focus fully on maintaining the quality and integrity of the city.

What are your strengths?

Fast learning skills which I can use to help people more in future.
Good Communication Skills will help me to interact with people and make them understand in a faster way.

What are your weaknesses?

One of my weakness is Over Thinking regarding any type of issues.
