1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I have been in gangs,private organisations,legal organisations and now I possess good knowledge. and now I feel that I have gathered much knowledge and leave my RP life to step up as administrator to help the people in city. While Enjoying my RP life I learned its rules and used my experience to help out a lot of people. So I believe I can give greater support to the RP community by helping them out if I do get the chance. Instead of focusing on RP more, I just wanna create a more smoother and fair RP environment for the new joiners.

2. What are your strengths?

I am hardworking and have been working on myself from so long. I improve my mistakes isntead of just denying them. I am a fast learner and also I possess curiosity and I want to know everything which makes me more knowledgeable. I am confident about my abilities and skills. I am calm and I handle every situation with presence of mind.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?
   I’ve been enjoying RP life for a long time, in another RP serveurs but now I want to help improve the Grand Rp server and make the community better cuz i love this project. I’ve seen both good and bad sides of RP, and I believe I can help new players, solve issues faster, and make sure everyone enjoys fair and realistic roleplay. Becoming an admin feels like the next step to support the city that gave me a lot of fun moments.
2. What are your strengths?
   I’m patient and active and fair when it comes to solving problems. I know how to communicate clearly with players and calm down situations before they get worse. I’m also organized and can handle reports professionally.

   Sometimes I spend too much time trying to help players. I’m learning to balance my time better between helping and focusing on My Rp

I am playing on this project since 2022 I've had alot of knowledge as a player on all en servers. I know the rules well and understand how things work in Server. Now, I think I can do even more by becoming an admin. Being an admin would let me use what I know to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a good time and make sure everyone feels happy while playing. Plus, being an admin would let me learn more about Grand RP. With my experience, I believe I can help new players and punish rule breakers.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   Its been 3 years playing in this project as a player. i recently got a trophy "You have been with us for 3 years!" as well. After Spending this much time in all EN Servers i think i saw every aspect of rp as a player. I have experienced events from all perspectives -gangs, state organizations, and families and have saw both small and major rulebreaks by players. As being part of admin team I hope to gain knowledge of the management side of server as well. I’m very excited to help other players and learn something new from our amazing management team.

   I have been doing rp for a long time and want to take a break from that role. I have earned my money, did my tasks, now I want to manage things help community grow and do things differently.
2. What are your strengths?
   I am an organized person I love to keep my things organized which I consider is one of my biggest strength. I know about my things and how to take care of them. I am the youngest kid and to stand out I developed that quality of leading, I lead from front and as an admin I will have to lead a community, take care of their problems and provide easy solutions and these are my strengths that I consider good for this position.

   My weakness would be my temprement but I know how to control it. In my previous experience as an admin I never lost my cool because I know these are not my household problems which are gonna haunt me at night.
