A. I want to become administrator because I have spent more than 2.3 years in this server and over the years I almost know all the rules, systems and the community of the server very well. I was previously a part of the administration team and now I want to return and contribute and help in maintaining the server again. I want to use my experience of these years to support players and help them to learn and enjoy. I have seen the server growing and improvement and I want to be part of the growing community now. 1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I want to admin beacuse I tried both legal side and illegal side of GrandRP, I Choose HR dep and IA dep in all org I worked becaused I am good at communicatig with people and training them and tell thier mistakes,aprt from that doing the same thing Im getting bored and I have a hobby of doing something else or experiencing something new, which is not possible in RP Life, I love to communicate people and I love to help anyone, and I think admin position will be great for me..I have spent ample time in the city by serving various organisations and now I feel that I have gathered much knowledge and leave my RP life to step up as administrator to help the people in city. While Enjoying my RP life I learned its rules and used my experience to help out a lot of people. So I believe I can give greater support to the RP community by helping them out if I do get the chance. Instead of focusing on RP more, I just wanna create a more smoother and fair RP environment for the new joiners. I have experienced for both legal and illegal Organisations in some of the top spots and I have seen that I have more keen interest in State Curator in future.

   I own a business in IRL, and I am good at convincing, or converting, most probalbly you can say I am perfect at converting ant negative lead to positive with my knowledge

   I sometimes rush, but I'm learning to be more patient and careful. I focus on doing my best without overthinking. If I make a mistake, I take responsibility and use it as a chance to improve.

   I can make the players dont feel that the admin is not coming on time where literally it is reqired and the player is stuck from all sides, and I saw many of the admin saying sorry for the delay, I will make sure, the same line will wont repeat. ( Sorry for the Delay).I’m ready to help the admin team with anything needed, like handling reports, replying to tickets, or helping with events. I’m open to any task and always willing to support
